Amazing place

Great care. Great people. Beautiful property. Best barn in my opinion. Horses are happy and healthy. Outdoor paddock more than big enough for the herd. My 2nd home.

Apparently one hour of turnout per day is a totally reasonable amount for horses. And if you dispute this you get kicked out. Just be careful; the barn owner seems very sweet at first, but it’s only a matter of time before you feel like you’re walking on eggshells whenever you try to bring up anything regarding the care of your horse. If your horse enjoys living the better part of their lives in dirty, poorly-ventilated stalls then this just might be the place for you.You may also notice a pig in one of the stalls. I boarded my horse there for almost two years and not once did I see that pig leave his stall (I was there daily) and I asked others and not one person I asked had ever seen him out of his stall. He can’t even look outside of it as the walls are all solid. He has zero interaction with other animals. Unbelievably sad. I don’t know how anyone could live with themselves doing that to a poor animal, let alone one as social and smart as a pig :( Her justification is that he’s a rescue, but honestly he needs rescuing from there too...

My daughter's been taking lessons here for a year and she loves it.

Such a pleasant and fun place. I absolutely admire that they are a therapeutic barn! Great people with great hearts!!

I've been volunteering here for a few months and I love it. Amazing and wonderful people to work with. And everyone is so nice.

My two mares have called Foxfield home for over 4 years and have never been happier (or fatter). Lindsey provides good, no-nonsense horse care: ample forage, always with access to clean water, well thought out nutrition programs, appropriate blanketing and careful herd management. Horse health and happiness is always the top priority.

If I could give this place a 0, I would!!! That's what this place truly deserves. The owner has no business running a therapeutic riding stable!!!
