Charged me £30 just to get a quote and then didn’t even provide one, even after a reminder that I hadn’t heard from him.

I can recommend this company 100%. Robert responded quickly for an emergency repair and did a perfect job. Rates are reasonable and the advice valuable. I will use them again.

I had to call on a Saturday night because all of my sockets stopped working. I was given a price within what I expected for an emergency call out on Saturday night and electrician was at my house within half an hour.Problem identified and resolved.Very professional service and I was also given some very useful safety advice and advice on saving energy.I would definitely recommend and definitely use again in the future.

Robert always does an excellent job, at a reasonable price. Today, we had socket upgrades and a heated towel rail installed. All steps clearly explained. Would highly recommend.

Had to search frantically for someone to come out and look at my shower unit, as it wasn't safe. Came out at the time he said of 8pm. Looked at the shower unit and seemed professional in everything he said, telling me it needs replaced. Charged £85 for the call out but it was last minute so I didn't complain. I then bought the shower unit that was suggested and started to arrange a day to come and fit it. Seemed a bit weird when he told me to leave my keys somewhere so he could fit it when I wasn't in...but arranged for 10am a few days later. I sat and waited and then phoned at 11am when he never turned up. His wife phoned back to tell me he was in court...Alarm bells properly ringing. She said he will call when he's done, he didn't. I called the next day to get someone else to fit the shower and they were cheaper. A few days later, I get a text telling me he was ill and he can do the job now. Very confused how you can be so professional 1 minute and then forget" to tell a client you are meant to be in court. And you don't call back.£85 down the drain

I contacted Robert and he came down to my house next day to inspect the job I wanted done for an Induction Hob Worktop that needed new wiring due to old house and let me know all the rules with Electrical Standards etc.He won't bend the rules just to get some work and leave you with an unsafe house that isn't legal.I got a very competitive price and Robert and his colleague done a very good job fitting new electrical 10mm2 wiring the next day not messing up my lovely roof. It was a big job Once my new Hob came in via Amazon Prime I let Robert know and he turned up next day on Saturday afternoon and fitted it ASAP with no fussRRJ Electricals are now The Fife Electricians, so what? They do a great professional job.
