Sherwood Co-op Food Store (Quance)

Went for some baking. They have a good variety and good quality. Fast shopping, in and out in just minutes. Nice staff!

This is a story that I always forget about but need to use more often. It's a beautifully laid-out store and smells delicious from the bakery department!

Despite grocery pricey being absurdly overpriced. It's still a decent place to shop. Knowledgeable staff and fresh produce is why I shop there.

This about the 3rd or 4th time i bought hamburger here and had to return it because it stunk. I can no longer trust the meat department here. It seems they take the expired meat and repackage it with a new date. The store is over priced to begin with you would think they would be more comparative with their prices. So I probably will not be back .

Never any issues here except price but we always come here for quick things in and out. Special trip for fresh buns and deserts as they are always fresh.

Visited this store last Saturday, Feb 4 in between 2:25pm - 2:50pm, I walked around fresh produce section, bread, veggies then grabbed some meat. When I was walking around after the Asian section aisle (can't remember the actual section or aisle), one of the staff approached me that I have to leave my purse at the counter and when I asked why, she said its not allowed. I told her that I walked around almost half of the store area and just now, she just said - you need to leave your purse. I replied back, oh well I cant as my work laptop (government owned) and most of my valuable items are also inside, she looked at me with hesitation so I opened my purse and shown the laptop. I asked her, can you guarantee that laptop and my other stuffs are safe in the counter - I have no problem leaving it in there and she just looked at me like and I didn't like how she looks at me that time -- as if I am STEALING STUFF!. She just rolled eyes and walked away back to her station (Self Checkout area, last high table with POS facing all the self checkout machines.)I didn't like how we (I and my daughter) got treated by that lady so I asked my daughter to finish shopping. When my daughter paid for her groceries, I approached the lady and asked if she would like to check my purse and she said, no you have a good day (with eyes rolling and with her flustered tone.)I have seen few customers carrying big purses too and not sure if they were treated same.To the lady assigned at Self Check Out counter on Feb 4 between 2:45pm - 2:50pm, your customer service rating is totally 0, you shouldn't be working for retail store at all with that kind of attitude! I am very unsatisfied by her service!I am very unsatisfied by her service and an obvious strikes of discrimination!

Good selection, and truly enjoyable staff.Except the meats department! OMG! Who is going to pay $17.50/lb for t-bones going grey in the package? That's disgusting! It's done! Throw it in the bin! Even leaving that on the shelf is an insult to your clientelle, and a shame on the entire store!

Great store, bakery and meat department are some of the best in the city.

Enjoyable grocery store to shop in. Bright, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Convenient to get to and also has an EV charging station.
