Entered the store with my husband and young son, two of the saleswomen were carrying on in conversation and did not acknowledge us. We started walking through the store and noticed another couple in the back of the store. When they ended their conversation, one of them walked past us and just said ‘Hi’ and then continued to the other couple to ask if they needed any help. They said no and she said ‘I’m available at all if you need anything’ with a big smile and then walked back to the other saleswoman to start another conversation, basically ignoring us altogether. We were in there to buy a large sectional and basically walked right out after the sheer ignorance. Don’t waste your time here, ‘uppity’ customer service if you catch my drift.

Purchased a headboard a couple months ago which arrived with a manufacturer defect. Two of the bars were not welded parallel so a couple of the bolts would not feed through. Spoke with the staff and Gus through phone and email but after a few emails trying to explain the issue and providing pictures they just stopped responding so now I’m just left with a headboard that won’t fully attach to the bed frame.

staff was not friendly, We will not spend our money there.

Gus and crew run a great operation--excellent selection all the way around: numerous furniture companies on offer, thousands of fabric samples, and a ton of accessories for your home. To be honest you really don't need much else! The occasional sale doesn't hurt, either... We've bought furniture here for three of the rooms in our home, and I figure there are one or two more rooms to go. We will be back!
