Ordered drive-through. The person on the other end paid zero attention. Also put us on hold without notice while we were ordering. We repeated our order. Pulled up to the window to only see that they got our order wrong. No surprise there. We asked them what do they want us to do to get the items we ordered but they never made? We were told something to the tune of 'park outside we will get them for you.' We parked and waited for 15 mins.... Crickets... went in and ordered again and waited another 15 mins to get the food. Because they first ran out of eggs... then ran out of sausage. We had to change our order to chicken wrap instead of farmers wrapThe entire experience looks like a mishap of untrained employees who have trouble using technology and have no idea how to handle a situation.... and very very poor management..My coffee was good though

March 30 2022 updateQuality down since employees change burned coffee u respectful employees from 5 star to 2 star really success——-////This is the best location for Morning coffee and a light breakfast. By the way one on the another side the rd is so bad.Update 27/May 2022This location getting slow and slow every day why you guys hiring lousy people ???? Bc you guy looking for cheap employees

The service wasn't the best, but perhaps they were having a bad day, so i can understand that.The coffee tasted like its been brewed for hours. They also got my food order wrong, and they knew it but still served it up to me instead of correcting it, and that's not right on any level.Unfortunately not one of Tim's best days.

I have always had a positive experience here and the service is still good. Unfortunately they are watering down the coffee. This has happened to me on a number of occasions in the last couple of weeks. The coffee is extremely weak.

A pretty decent Tim Hortons that doesn’t seem to get too busy. Service is fast and efficient, and the place is well maintained. My biggest problem with this location is that they are always out of many kinds of donuts and bagels towards the evening.

Worst Tim's in Ottawa.Told them for 2 weeks the debit machine screen didnt work right. Then today there's a 20 min wait in the drivethru at noon... Any guesses why? The debit screen didn't work at all, so no debit payments. When I told the manager I've been saying this for weeks, and they have more than enough profits to afford debit machines, she told me she didn't like what I was saying, and to never come back. This was after last week I caught the same manager scamming poeples points, and when I called her out on it, her laughed in my face, told me it was policy and leave the drivethru.

This store is slow and lazy. I was previously a manager at a tim hortons and if my staff was this slow and lazy they would be fired. They are very slow even with small orders. There was burnt crumbs from someone else's food because they didn't clean the grills. It's only lunch time and the garbage is already that full?! No one bothers to change the garbage. I took pictures of all this.If you are wondering what those black spots are on my farmers wrap? That is previously cooked food that wasn't cleaned off the grill and burnt onto my food.And to top it off, I get half a wrap ?!This happened at 11:45AM on May 5th 2022DO NOT GO HERE!I'm disgusted

I recently visited the Tim Hortons restaurant in Kanata and found it to be a mixed experience. The convenience of having numerous tables close to electrical outlets was a major plus for someone like me who wanted to work on my laptop. It made it easy to plug in and stay productive.However, I was disappointed to find that the tables were not properly cleaned. There were crumbs and stains scattered across them, despite the presence of several employees working at the time. It seemed like the cleanliness of the tables may have been overlooked, possibly due to the busy drive-through that had a constant stream of customers even at 3 PM on a weekday. It's understandable that the staff may have been prioritizing their attention towards serving the customers in the drive-through, but it would have been nice to see the cleanliness of the seating area given more attention.Inside the restaurant, it was relatively quiet with only one other patron besides myself. This allowed for a peaceful and calm environment to focus on work. On the bright side, the donuts were fully stocked, which was a welcome sight for any donut lover.I ordered a large iced coffee and a chocolate cooler, and both drinks were delicious. They were prepared to my satisfaction, and I enjoyed sipping on them while I worked.In terms of location, the Tim Hortons in Kanata is conveniently situated, making it easily accessible for passersby. If you're in the area and looking for a place to grab a drink or get some work done, it can be a suitable option. Just be aware that the cleanliness of the tables may not always be up to par.Overall, while there were some cleanliness issues, the convenience of the electrical outlets, fully stocked donuts, and tasty drinks make this Tim Hortons worth considering. It's a decent spot to take a break, refuel, and continue on your way.

Tried the new pizza, it was good! Enough for 2 people to share, crust is thin. Went through DT and had to wait bit in parking lot for pizza, longer than I would expect.
