I tried their new tea Emerald Forest. The drink looks so beautiful! And it’s tasty too! The sugar and ice level is fixed, but it’s not too sweet. The store is also very new and clean.

I visited the branch recently and the store is newly renovated. It’s clean and the staff is polite. They offer buy 1 get 1 during their grand reopening weekend, and there are specials on other drinks thru out the month.

Hate writing this but save the trouble from going to coco’s. I stopped going to coco’s and I remembered why. Even if there’s a BOGO or anniversary special or whatever, just don’t bother.I booked in advance via app and I ended up waiting for 30 mins for my 6 drinks. I understand if they’re short staffed, having one person mixing the drinks, that’s fine. But don’t put the girl in misery mixing the drink when she’s constantly whining and complaining. It’s even more awkward that she’s saying in Cantonese and majority of customers are Chinese so I understood what she was saying.I would have gotten my order on time if they checked the receipt on the orders because the other customer just took my order. So the staff had to remake my order. One of my drinks was a grass jelly milk tea and the drink in my bag didn’t have any grass jelly. I notified the staff and I saw him take the current drink, open it, take a new cup with grass jelly and pour the drink in the new cup. Uhhh…I’ve never seen that ever. He admitted that the drink was made wrong so usually they would just give the wrong drink and make a completely new drink. But nope, not in this case.Realistically, I’d put a 1 star but putting a 2 star because I feel bad for them being short staffed but was super disappointed with my experience. I won’t be going to any coco’s locations again.I tried my drink - 30% sugar, less ice….still too sweet

Coco is my favorite. They are always more organized and has a uniform on. The other bbt places are too casual. They currently have their matcha special for $4.50. A very good deal!

it is located inside the new kennedy plaza. we order the drink thru the app and go pick up.there. The only thing I am surprised they dont have wifi for customers. the seating is quite comfortable.

One of my favourite bubble tea in town. I always get 3 Guys bubble tea there. It is milk tea with grass jelly, pudding & pearls. The texture of their pearls are just right. Not too hard & not too soft. Its worth to get the size large cause it only $.50 more from size medium.Their other signature drinks like QQ milk tea (milk tea with taro tapioca), Bubble Gaga (passion fruit tea with coconut jelly & tapioca) and Mango Yakult (with coconut jelly) were also very tasty and refreshing. It was quite special! They can customize most of your drinks at your preferred sugar level and amount of ice.It was nice to visit Coco again after their new renovation. They were really busy. The queue was quite long. We waited over 30mins to place order and get our drinks right at the shop. Despite the long wait, the drinks tasted yummy and the price was a good deal for size L bubble tea. Their May Specials ~ Brown Sugar Pearl Matcha Milk Tea was quite yummy. You should give it a try if you like Matcha.

The sweet young man who speaks English was so kind! He helped me pick my new favourite drink. He made some excellent recommendations and was super efficient with my drink. I will certainly be returning to get a mango slush with pearls.

CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice
Coco is always reliable when it comes to large parties :) we love ordering drinks here as they have so many different choices and the prices are really reasonable.
