I selected platinum car wash and took my car through the wash but realized my car was still dirty! When I went to vacuum my car, I realized the vacuum wasn’t sucking up all the garbage either! I told the attendant and he gave me another coin and said to use another station. I also showed him the car and how it didn’t clean properly, he just said “sorry about that”. Worst car wash in Surrey hands down! Do not go here and waste your money.

We normally go to Speedwash for the last few years since they open up this Surrey location. Keep it in mind, it's not touchless car wash, so you have a premier car you better read instructions about the paint or not take it here, you may end up in scratches.It used to be one of the cheapest and nicest ones around. It's getting expensive over the years, still my go-to place.They have 4 main packages to choose from. The cheapest one is around 12 bucks + taxes. They also offer membership and subscription as well. You can pay by card and don't need to get out of the car for a car wash.This place also offers vacuum service as well. To me, vacuum doesn't have that much suction, and you need to do everything on your own; I would rather take the car home and do that at my convenience.

Very bad experience. I washed my car from Surrey location. After washing my car I parked the car in the parking area to check then i found these scratches on my car.

Will not be coming here again. Car wash does not clean properly. Attendant says we can not anything about it the car wash is only to clean off dust and nothing else. Did not want to run it thru the wash again. Dirty all over. Waste of $15Have posted picture as well.

The quality of the wash is just awful now. Check the picture of the rear of the car. That was just after a wash. Sides, front, and top were pretty much the same. I won't go here again. It's not worth the money at all.

I was in this location at 0639am today(15th june’23), the guy here has very poor customer service. Since I have taken the membership,I asked him for a coin to vacuum my vehicle he just came and put the coin in the machine without even asking if I am ready or not and wasted my time. Kindly teach him some basic customer handling skills as this is second time I found him ignoring me upon asking for help.

Never seen any auto car wash cleaning cars like speed wash. High quality shampoo and wax last for at least week. Keeps your car clean and shinny. Highly recommend these guys
