Don't waste your time, they will clearly waste yours. After receiving several quotes from a number of companies we decided on this company, due to the professionalism of the gentleman that quoted, and the fact that the owner Robert assured us that our color choice wouldn't be a problem. He stated he orders product direct from the manufacturer and would call about the color and make sure that day. After 6 days, and no response, I sent another message to enquire with Robert, and again no response. A phone call and email 5 days later politely asking to just give us an update either way, and we were told the color wasn't available and they would have to re-quote". We had a section of our eavestrough replaced, and we are very happy with CSE. From quote to installation, it was a 3 day process. They guys arrived promptly, and were professional, courteous, and knew what they were doing. They cleaned everything up after themselves as well. We called Custom Seamless Eavestrough to quote our new building. Robert showed up in a timely manner and was knowledgeable and professional. Robert emailed me his quote while he was in my driveway and we agreed on the price and shook hands. Robert assured us he would complete our job by the end of the week, but never showed up. I called him several times and left several messages to see if there was an unexpected delay, but we didn't receive any return calls. It was as though he went out of business. In the end we hired a different company, but Custom Seamless Eavestrough's lack of integrity frustrated us and set us back a considerable amount of time. Unfortunately we can't recommend this company.

We contacted Custom Seamless Eavestrough this spring to give us a quote on replacing our 30 year old troughs with the new Double Pro Microfiltration System, plus get some siding work completed on our garage. Robert sent Peter around right away & he worked with us putting a quote together ....beating other prices we had gotten.They go above & beyond expectations, we picked a colour for the capping around our garage door that turned out to not match the siding ... Robert insisted on replacing it with a better colour so that we did not have to paint it.The workmanship was outstanding ... we are 100 % pleased with choosing Custom Seamless Eavestrough !!RickWelland

I was given a quote for our business last summer which we accepted. I forwarded the P.O. and asked for an appointment to get the work done. I've been calling and emailing for months now with no response from this company.
