If buying a recliner here make sure you take your time and sit in it and change positions. Pretend you are home watching tv in your recliner and sit as you would then. Bought a massage recliner here and didn't spend as long sitting in it as I should. Paid for the extra warranty and all only to discover when I got it home I can't even feel the massage in it. Can basically hear the motor only. And the footrest is in desperate need of padding. Very hard on the feet of you are inclined to curl up in it like I am. Called Scott, I think, the guy who takes of these issues and was basically told if it was working there's nothing they could do for me. I was hoping to exchange and purchase a different model there but the restocking fee was like 15% of the price of the chair that I'd purchased less than 2 months before. So looks like I am stuck with it.

Update: Generally a great place to shop. Fees in Newfoundland for Shipping is understandable. From 3 to 4 starWas looking for Sectionals. This place had the #2 choice in town. Was way more expensive but bit better quality. Their fees for Newfoundland are just jacked up $800 on most stuff which sucks. Something $1800 on sale in mainland was like $2800 here. They give you gift cards with purchases, say $250, but those gift cards can't be used on sale tag prices. So if something is regularly $699, on sale for $399, a $250 gift card would bring price to $450 or the sale price of $399. Very unfortunate.

We ordered a dishwasher in early November and we’re told that they were expecting a shipment later that month. We understand that the world is experiencing supply issues, so that’s not our issue.The customer service side of things is lacking. My wife called to try and get an update and the receptionist said that updates can’t be provided and only the sales associate who helped us could look up that information. Both of thinking this was really weird, I called back 30 minutes later and was passed along to the sales department. Our sales agent was away that day, but another sales agent looked up what was happening with stock and orders. She said she would leave a message with our sales associate and have them call us for an update. We have yet to year back from him.My wife has since called back around 3 times and left messages with the sales department to get updates and the sales agent has yet to return her call. Again, we understand the supply issues, but would just like to be updated as we are currently without a functioning dishwasher. Hopefully with the new warehouses, mentioned in another response from the owner, we’ll be dishpan hand free soon.

Although our sales agent Nick was fantastic, we are very disappointed in the service provided once our items were delivered. We were called to get the items out of the warehouse before our home was complete, which is fine. We did so, once we set up the fridge last week, one of the shelves in the freezer part of our Bespoke fridge was damaged. So i emailed them right away to let them know. I was told i would be taken care of. I had to call a 1-800 number. We did that for them to tell us after delivery you have a 24 hour window to let us know if there are any damages.So I would be responsible for the charge.I emailed the store back. They then told me I have 72 hours after delivery to report this with the local store.I suggest anyone who is building a home, when you may get furniture or appliances delivered before your home is ready- to inspect all items within the window period. Ours was damaged before the plastic was even removed and now it has to come out of our pocket.Do better Leons.

I was Trying to buy an ottoman here and it was like a choir for the sales staff to serve me.I called multiple times during the week to get an answer on if the certain model was in stock. Went in the store and was very dissatisfied with the service. Taking my shopping somewhere else.

My husband and I had a great experience today at Leon’s on Elizabeth Avenue with Nick Barron (Sales Associate).We came in looking for a new washing machine and Nick was extremely helpful and personable in answering my (many) questions and helping us choose a machine to meet our needs and budget.We also feel good knowing that Leon’s provides servicing on all the washing machines they sell. We look forward to dealing with this company again in the future.(I just read this review out to my husband, who thinks it sounds too formal and therefore not believable, and told me I need to “personalize” it more. Apparently that’s just how I write…..! but honestly I was so impressed with Nick today that I mentioned talking to his supervisor, and he said “a Google review goes a long way”, so here it is!

Great staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Huge building to move around and laid out well! They can store inventory in their warehouse for a time, as well as deliver!Prices were good, comparable to most.

Very well organized and tidy store. I never really connected with any of the staff so I can't speak to their qualities. They have a great selection of most everything furniture wise your house would need. Worth a look in!
