Had our A/C unit replaced and had a couple parts replaced in our furnace as well. Very professional experience overall. Excellent communication keeping us updated on service dates and times and always showing up on time. Valery & An were very friendly from start to finish and did a great job explaining all the work they did. Smile will be the first ones we call next time we need some help. Would recommend for any HVAC needs

Had a major leak from our hot water tank and needed to replace tank. Contacted Smile HVAC due to its great reviews online. Called in the afternoon and was very pleased that could set up an appt within a few hours to have our hot water tank replaced at a very reasonable price. The installation team headed by Valery were very professional and friendly. Kept everything clean and tidy and did an excellent job. Special thanks to Valery for the amazing service!

EXCELLENT SERVICE !!!Last week had a major leak of our water heater that was deemed irrepairable. After some research came to a decision to choose Smile HVAC for a new purchase & installation for replacement.The two team of installers, Valery and Manmath, were absolutely outstanding in every aspect.* Telephoned called in advance as per notification of their pending arrival on-site.* Before commencing Valery communicated in detail the scope of work involved. As well as along the course of the work job pointing out and explaining the company's use of superior components.* Valery and Manmath were very knowledgeable, competent and professional in delivering quality workmanship.Definitely will use their services in the future and recommend Smile HVAC to family/friends.

Called with an emergency hot water heater issue. Were able to respond same-day (unlike several other calls that I made) - issue was diagnosed by Chris and the following day An & Carl came to do the installation. They were prompt and professional. Would recommend.

Was experiencing Hot water tank issues and this company was a breath of fresh air to deal with. Everything they did was timely and well communicated. Arrived and serviced exactly when they said they would. They did not try to upsell or push/ pressure into making any decisions. Overall Valery Carl And An were great to deal with and I would happily use this service again.
