I had a medallion to be engraved for my granddaughter. It has sentimental value and was from the university that I attended part time about 45 years ago. My granddaughter will be attending the same university. The problem was that the medallion is only gold plated and I had been told it was risky to have it engraved in these circumstances. This lovely man, explained the risks and took a few minutes to figure out in his mind how he would set the settings on the laser machine and layout the words. My words seemed to be more than the medallion would hold but he designed it perfectly, both in letter style and layout. He showed me what he was doing every step of the way. He was very professional. I am so very grateful. It’s way better than I expected. Thank you so much! His price was very reasonable too. I wish you a long and successful business.
