Infinite Water is such a wonderful company. They go above and beyond. Kevin & Dan the service guys answered all my questions about my softener and RO . They are fast and efficient. The company is very accommodating and helps all your needs. They are all very polite and friendly, they are like old friends. Wayne & I would recommend them 100%

Excellent customer service! Brenden was very thorough and knowledgeable when setting up our water softener and R.O. System. He even took the time to explain the system and make sure it works with our well-water. The water tastes great and with product options we were able to pick the system that works best for us and our budget.

We recently had our annual water filter change. This is the first time we have had Kevin come out and he was awesome. He is very knowledgable and was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our water softener. He is great at explaining the maintenance and is very approachable. Infinite water fixed up my reverse osmosis system, improved my water softener functionality, and added a filtration system to improve the quality of water throughout the rest of the house. The entire team I dealt with were very professional and knowledgeable. The annual filter replacement/quality control was a big selling point for me. My water tastes like water is suppose to taste and I noticed my skin looks much less dry than it did last week. I highly recommend them.

We have had our fair share of challenges achieving soft and iron free water. Management and technicians worked very diligently installing the appropriate equipment that now gives soft clean water for the entire household use and to drink. I bought an $18,000 reverse osmosis system from these guys almost a year ago for my acreage. I’ve been to my acreage approximately 8 times in the last year because my work keeps me away. But 6 of the 8 times that I’ve been home I’ve had nothing but problems with this system not working. Every time I call these guys they’re closed or don’t have anyone who can help. They advertised to me that every year they come by and do maintenance on their systems but they haven’t yet. I recently scheduled an appointment with them. The day before they were supposed to come their technician suddenly had a family emergency so they canceled the appointment. I’ve been very patient with these guys but now I’m irate. I called them today and told them that I want to return it to them. The lady said she will let her manager know when he gets to the office. This was at 11am. You would think that he would be there working? Anyway, my review is that their equipment is junk and aftercare is beyond terrible. Good luck to you if you decide to buy a water system from them.

We meet with Kalen at the Regina Home Show and he was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell us products we did not need. I took a water sample from our farm into their Regina location after the Home Show and we got the results back within 48 hours. The email had an amazing breakdown of everything and an extensive breakdown down on which system would work best for us. They worked with us every step on the way when we wanted to adapt the system to our needs at our farm. Installing of the system happened in a timely manner and we started to see the benefits immediately. Alex was our installer and was very kind and courteous and explained everything before he left. We will definitely be recommending Infinite Water to everyone else in our area. Highly recommend!

My entire experience with Infinite Water Solutions has been very positive. They provided excellent communicate regarding setting up and changing installation times. Our technician, Kevin, was very friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious of our napping 8 month old as he went about the install. He provided us with a ton of information and set up an additional water line for the new fridge we were installing later in the month.The water itself is fantastic, and I love that they will contact us regarding filter changes - just one less thing I need to remember! We previously had culligan water, but I could never get used to the strange taste it had. My family loves this water, I am so happy we contacted Infinite Water Solutions!

Right from day one Kalen was prompt with returning calls messages answered all our questions made us feel at ease with concerns.once the day came to have our system installed Tyler our installer was early professional polite.I felt comfortable to be able to go to work popping in to check on progress. Job went very clean without a hitch system is very easy to understand didn’t take up a lot of space I am very happy with the whole experience from beginning to end. Had my first glass of safe drinkable water out of the tap so amazing thank you so much.
