Wash 'n Dry Coin Laundry

Great wash and fold service. 1.50/lb. Looks super clean. I was so impressed with the folding. Everything was well folded, sorted and tied with elastics.

Terrible experience. One of the washers had an out of order sign but this was removed by the attendant after she confirmed it was okay to use. After completing laundry I opened the door and found my clothing had been torn to shreds.. when inspecting the equipment I found a sharp edge on inside the dryer where my clothes had hooked on to and torn. NO HELP FROM THE OWNER, NO RESPONSE EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE PICTURE PROOF AND CONTACT NUMBER WAS PROVIDED. The owner unfairly had the attendant tell us there was nothing he would do and refused to contact us. Plenty of laundromats in the area, so don’t risk going to this one, wasting money and having your clothes ruined. I’ve been going there for over 5 years but will never be back. All it would’ve taken was a phone call but you’ve lost my and my families business.

If you’re going to do laundry here then I’d highly recommend coming later at night as the dryer that work are used during the day for the lining service they offer. The regular dryers on the back wall will Error 15 with the slightest amount of clothing, washed two loads and then played tackle football with 9 dryers continuously erroring out.

First I might say this place is very clean! The ladies that are on sight are kinds and so helpful. Please treat these ladies with kindness and respect cause it will be returned!!!The washers are in all sorts of sizes and prices and there are two different sized dyers. It's worth what you spend cause your clothes come out very clean and the dryers are amazing. I only pay for 30 mins of a double load of clothing andy clothes come out dry and smelling great. The big dryers are amazing for blankets and larger loads, and again you don't have to do more then 30-45 mins and everything is dry. I love this place and highly recommend it, you will love it.

Overpriced machines and the lady who works there is rude. There was a basket with plastic bags and twist ties on one of the tables. I assumed it was for clean laundry, so I took out a twist tie and she grabbed the basket and moved it. So I went and took a plastic bag and she snapped why do you need that. If the bags are $.50 apiece and it’s not for customers then why is it out in the open with no sign. I’m sure there are cleaner and less expensive laundromats in the area.

So my wife had to go and do our laundry there so this review is based on her experience.However, she and many others noticed that one of the washing machines were leaking water and has not been contained or cleaned.According to my wife, it is very cost effective, but it seems that the ownership are neglecting the full functionality and maintenance of the washing machines and that makes it rather unsafe and could very well lead to flooding in the facility. That is not acceptable and disappointing.More importantly, there is no contact information to call in or email anyone about defective washing machines/dryers. For a good laundromat, that is not good enough and unsafe for anyone, especially for my wife.Ownership, you are just going to have to do better than that. Hence only the three stars from my wife's experience.

This place is a joke. Would give this place more stars if they actually opened when they advertise. Do not waste your money here

Super clean laundry mat. Zero bugs... so far. If I see any type of bug, I'm gone...yet this particular location surprises me. A true hidden gem in the city. Very reasonable prices, and a friendly attendant when scheduled to work. Safe and secure. Change available by secure machine available. It's very comforting to know that when you are washing your laundry at this location, that your not bringing home unwanted critters. Whom ever is reading/reviewing theses reviews...keep it up.

Alot of machines were out of service,, and for some weird reason the smaller machine cost more than the medium sized ones, also to wash is very pricey. I ended up spending $65 just on washing for 8 loads of laundry. I think it's crazy. Drying his not so bad, I put 3 wash loads in one dryer and threw on $3 and everything was dry.One thing I love is the tables. To fold clothing, makes it so much easier to fold and not have to wait.
