Renee at the custom framing counter has been very polite and helpful both times I've been in, she is great! Patient showing me all the frame, matte and glass options and working to find the best combination for the price for my project, much appreciated!Cashiers up front very quick and friendly and nice to my 3 year old son as we went thru today. Great staff, thanks so much!

Pretty rude staff, not only was the older lady at cash folding clothes on the counter, but she pushed my canvas back as I went to set it on the table and said to set it on the ground, then after I found out I couldn’t use my coupon I said I wanted to put the item back, the lady then threw her hands up. Overall weird experience definitely wouldn’t want to come back

Ok place for generic but expensive craft and hobby supplies. Cashiers are generally disinterested floor staff are pretty good . Cashiers, being the last one you see however leaves you with a bit of a sour experience. Also I had a 30% discount which I didn't receive on my purchase.

I dont really need to go to Michaels too often however they have a lot of items for the DIY person, this location had a lot of items but didnt have anyone that could help me find what i was looking for. I couldnt find a single associate on the floor and when i went to the front the line was so big i couldnt ask any questions. I was looking for leather dye and yes i ended up buying something that didnt work.

The 2 stars is for the selection because I literally hate Michael's. They are so expensive and act like it's such a big deal to honor coupons. I made an online order but realized the color of yarn was the wrong color, so I wanted to exchange for the correct color at the same time I picked up my online order. They would not do an exchange nor honor the coupon I had used for my order originally online. They always ask for phone number to sign you up for their online but it never works and always 'kicks' you out so you have to reregister every time. I will always decline giving my info from now on because it is literally pointless to do so.

I ordered a silhouette cameo 4 pro from this location I was so excited when it arrived super fast within one day but apon opening it i was shocked it was used which was not stated on their website had grass in the box and just over all dirty and parts missing. It was very disappointing.

I went to Michael's to pick up some yarn that I had seen online. As I was new to the store, it did not take me long to find someone to help me. The associate was a great help and she was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Excellent service!!

A huge selection of everything for crafting. The store is huge so you need lots of time to navigate. They have a huge selection of yarn at the back of the store. The middle section of the store is filled with fake flowers. They have updated their checkout to be one line instead of individual lines. Don't forget to bring your coupons to save more money!

Bought pink icing for a cake here and when I went to go decorate the cake the plastic seal was broken and the icing was shrivelled to half the container and hard as rock. Looking at the package it had expired 1 year ago. When I went to return it the cashier said that they had just gotten stickers for those containers to extend the best before, regardless the seal was broken and got money back however all the other tubs of pink icing were expired.There are few items in their store that have a best before date so it should not be hard to have someone look through it once in a while, at least once a year!Check your expiration dates!
