I dropped off 2 jackets for dry cleaning and was able to pick up within 2 days. Upon dropping the items off, one of the jackets had a missing button (I was aware of this and did not mention it to staff). After bringing the items home I noticed the staff had sewn a new button on for me with no extra charge on my bill. Great, friendly service. I would highly reccomend.

I am no stranger to Dry cleaning and am shocked at how this place operates and not in a positive way. If you are young or not a regular do yourself and your fabric a favour and go to the other cleaners in town. The positive ratings are baffling to me and must be because regulars get special service or something? My experience was expensive and horrible. I paid over 60 dollars and brought in two blankets that I have taken to get dry cleaned many times in the past “as per instructions” for years. This was almost double the money of what all other cleaners have charged me in the past on average. One of my blankets was so poorly done it needs to be tossed in the trash as it is ruined (looks chemically melted). The other is left with a “questionable texture” but is not ruined. The customer service attitude here is also not great if you are female presenting. They offer many other services but I am thankful I did not trust or try them with anything designer. I really regret not checking them in the store at pickup because they were not worth taking home.

Decent dry cleaner for suits. However, not so much for dry clean only dresses. I've taken several simple dresses that say dry clean only on the label and they say they can't clean them because they are multiple colours. That confuses me as I have taken dresses with multiple colours to other dry cleaners and they have come out just fine. Their customer service is good from some of their staff but there is one staff member who is not as chipper.

I got my fall jacket and winter jacket dry cleaned at this location after a family member used them for his clothes and loved them. Parsons did an excellent job on both of my jackets to a point where I swear the colour of my jackets are more vibrant than when I bought them! We just dropped off some suits for cleaning and will definitely come back for other cleaning needs.

Excellent everything, very impressed. Love the place. High standards maintained so far. Just been there 2/3 times.

Quick and good service.Deserve 5 stars but when I gave my Duvet the guy said around $30 and when I paid it was almost $50. I knew my Duvet needed a special treatment and it was wort it. Just be more accurate for the price.

Always a great job on my suits, even fixed a little opening where the stitching had pulled away without me even asking! Great service
