Once I had decided I wanted to improve my overall health and fitness, I made the call to Randy. Randy gave me a simple step by step meal plan to follow first. I've known Randy Turner for about a decade by now, back when he was a competitive MMA fighter. As a fighter he was well known for his high-level conditioning, well-rounded skillset and ability to implement a strategy. I've trained with him a little bit and he is switched on and a good communicator (a key skill for teaching). He also happens to have had a very successful career as an elite soldier. He does a lot of things well and he does them all with a high degree of professionalism.

Having a coach like Randy in your corner is a game changer!! Since mid-2020, he has been helping me with a variety of areas that have greatly improved my mental and physical game.
