Jan Freethy

As soon as I heard Jan Freethy’s voice on the phone for our consultation-- I knew I was in the right place. The familiarity in her voice, her contagious humour and the fact I resonated with all of her credentials and healing methods reassured this was exactly what I was in search of.I would like to say I am pretty self-aware and wise for my age, but I am still human and am still learning to master my emotions. I have always been someone who had really high ups and really low dips, and before I met Jan I had a really deep dive. I couldn’t seem to pull myself out. I tried everything from: seeking different counsellors, motivating myself through yoga and workouts, I was journaling to release the emotion, and doing different self love tactics I knew to do to shift my state.NOTHING was working and I felt hopeless. I set up an appointment with Jan and that night EVERYTHING changed. I literally felt the neurological changes happening in my body. I felt lighter, I watched my face change as I released lifetimes of trauma and energy that was harboured in my cells and I became so much more clear. My vibration increased and I have a deeper connection with myself and the world around me.
