No cashiers .. like ever… and like 8 self serves down, broken…in both sections …fix the friggin things… ridiculous! You want us to serve ourselves and yet we can’t even do that…

I have lived in Bradford for 3 years and I go to the Walmart usually after the gym workout (around 8 am-ish). Today, on June 10, I went to the store to get some items, one of them was to buy 2 table cream (in the dairy aisle). I walked to the back of the store, and a female employee was loading up some dairy items in one of the shelves right next to the shelves holding the cream. Her cart was parked right in front of the glass door to the cream that I had to access. She did not move the cart for 30 seconds, as I just stood there, silent; I was afraid to say anything since one glimpse at her face told me to say absolutely nothing. It must have been obvious to her that I needed to get into the door next to where she was at. If it was me as the employee, I would have moved that cart out of the way PRONTO and rendered an excuse me ma'am. I am so sorry." Finally

Once again doing their job. Had to go find a cart. I am sick of Walmart. I pack i find stuff. You can never find an attendant for help. On Saturdays they don't have all self serve cash open. And only one cashier opened. You do not pay me enough to do your job. Walmart is the worst company. I don't blame ppl for stealing from them.

Do not purchase the gift cards here! I purchased a gift card for my brother that showed on the receipt it was activated but when my brother tried to use it it didn’t work. A lot of the gift cards they have are scam cards that don’t work. You’re better off purchasing gift cards from shoppers or other stores that have them.

This is the worst Walmart I’ve beenZero customer service Mariam, the store, assistant manager she doesn’t know her return policy after I asked her to look online she said online is wrong. She ask an associate to make decision because she couldn’t make her decision. I don’t know why she’s a manager. I don’t know who was the associate he was not wearing a vest no name tag walking like a circle around me. I came with the receipt. It was just 18 days.

Best Walmart I’ve found for online grocery orders. I pick up an order every couple of weeks and they always get the orders done ahead of time. The kids loading the groceries and managing the orders are always so lovely and competent. Only complaint is for the store itself - the phone system is horrible and heard to hear who’s on the other end and some of the food sold in bags, like potatoes and carrots, are mouldy on arrival.

The staff are very rude. My mom and I was almost ran over by 3 of their staff doing shopping for other customers. I understand that they have a job to do, but being rude to the customers in the store is just not right.

Decent service. They had what we went there to buy. Lots of gardening needs. Lots of cash outs and self checkouts.The staff were friendly and helpful in answering all our questions. Though I wouldn’t say outstanding experience, I would recommend this location.YOU NEED BETTER WASTE MANAGEMENT, stop throwing edible food away.
