I purchased a ring as a best man gift. I had it engraved. All before even holding it in my hand. I trusted that they had my best interest at heart. It wasn't until I inspected closely at home that I noticed all the ugly chips in it. Instead of informing me so I could pick out a better ring they let me buy it, knowing how it looked. I would have been ashamed to give that to anyone as a gift, let alone my own brother on MY WEDDING DAY! I should have known based on being ignored by the staff too busy chatting to even acknowledge me when I came in that customer service is not a priority. Ma and Pa clip joint.

Wonderful service! Excellent quality of work done! They fixed my wedding rings that another local jeweller had made a complete mess of! Also did the repair in a very timely manner! Would highly recommend them!

Just recently had a repair done here, and the repair job was absolutely perfect!! The attention to detail is so precise that it looks better than new!!Great Job!

Great place to find rings and chains. Repairs done quickly and they will let you know if something is not worth repairing.

Had a bad experience and I don't recommend this shop specifically for watch fitting. I returned to get a slight adjustment to my links on my brand new watch, asked to move one link from the 6pm side to the 12pm side (so the 12 pm side is slightly longer), but the opposite was done, honest mistake. Not sure if it was a misunderstanding with the lady i spoke with or if it was between her and the repairman, either way, but the problem is when I tried to explain, the watch repairman was unpleasant and started to get argumentative with me. I got to the point that I decided to leave and will be going somewhere else to get it fitted how I want. Both ladies there are very friendly and accommodating though, and I can see why they are the ones who deal with the customers. Likely the better call was to only speak with one of them. This could have actually been a 5 star review because of them, but unfortunately, it was ruined by the repairman.

Small quaint little shop with the best employees. I popped in for my wedding license and found out they buy used jewelry, do repairs, and also sell new. It was a great experience.
