Greg Robson passed away in December of 2021. We informed them of this and that his business was closing down. They acknowledged and were aware of his death. Despite this EMRG Group has continued to charge his business account (which we are trying to settle with the estate) 1800 dollars a month to this day. This practice is deplorable and immoral. Respect the member and his loved ones. Cease the withdrawals and refund the previous charges dated following his death. Have some decency.
