Giordano really helped me out with my purchase. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable picking up my order. I was able to go by the store before they opened and he had my order waiting at the front and loaded it into my car for me. On top of all this he gave great assistance in email and over the phone. Excellent Customer ServiceRegarding the Vaughan store and how impressed I am with the great customer service. I was in this past year a few times to purchase several pieces and can't tell you how great the store manager Sam is and the other employees that I had taking boxes apart so that everything could fit in my truck. That is just one example. I also had issues with a grill that came with my fire pit that was a defect in manufacturing and Sam was so wonderful as to have it replaced for the time being and made the manufacturer aware of the problem and a new piece is on the way.I found it very impressive this past Black Friday sale when I purchased yet another our door dining and couch set but also wanted to pick up a new couch for my living room. Sam took the time to help me realize what would fit and what wouldn't. He went as far as moving the sectional that I purchased several times so that I knew what I was looking for and that I would be extremely satisfied with my purchase. I do a lot of shopping and I have never had this kind of customer service from any other store.All of the sales employees are just as great! I also purchase candles for Christmas gifts and was pleasantly surprised with a don't worry about them today we'll put your large order together and you can come back and pick them up when you're ready at the end of the day so that I didn't have to wait while they went in the back and put my order together. I feel like it's very difficult to find a store manager like Sam who is able to connect with the customers and takes that kind of time to personalize a shopping experience and who has trained his other employees to take the exact kind of approach that you don't see very often in any other store.I'd also like to commend the delivery team that delivered to my home on December 18th. I had put in a request to have a call before they came in case I was at my office and not only did they call once to let me know that they were in Hamilton and would be at my house within an hour but they also called 20 min before arriving which allowed me to step out and pick up lunch for my son at school. They were kind and courteous and placed everything where I asked them to. They also cleaned up after themselves which was impressive.Thank you and keep up the great work!

We were at your Woodbridge location looking for a table and chairs for our deck. Giordano was very knowledgeable and helped us make our decision. We purchased the set as well as some blue pillows..The day of our delivery, there was a problem with our order. We were short chairs and the pillows that were ordered as well. the delivery person said we would have to wait till next week. I called up Giordano and I told him we needed the chairs as soon as possible because we were having my daughters birthday on the weekend. He was able to get the chairs in for us. I didn’t have to wait for the following week. The pillows I did wait for but that was no problem.The pillows did arrive at the store and Giordano was willing to drop them off at my home. I told him i would pick them up since I was going to be in the area.I just want to say thank you Giordano for your great customer service. We are very happy with our purchase.

We're very happy with our outdoor table set purchase at Dot. Oxana was very helpful with finding us a table set and complementing accessories, and Giordano was readily available to help with after sales support.

We came here a few times in search of outdoor furniture covers and we were impressed by the quality of service. Ti answered all our questions courteously and professionally. I just bought my first house. I went to a number of furniture stores and had no luck with customer service or quality products. However, Claudia and the rest of the DOT workers were outstanding with helping me find my desired furniture. The whole process was seamless and highly recommend to others.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the great customer service we received this past weekend at your Woodbridge store. We were there last weekend looking for an umbrella, the store was super busy but Giordano still took the time to explain the pros and cons of 2 different styles.We ended up buying a cheaper umbrella elsewhere but returned to pick up the egg chair Saturday May 30.. Although I had found the chair cheaper online at other retailers we wanted to go back to DOT because of the great service we received the week prior.

Nice store and nice products, spoke with two staff members they were both great, knowledgeable and relaxed. It is hard to get service like this out there so good job guys! And came back this year Giordano is an amazing salesman I never felt like I was at home in a store for awhile. Keep doing what you do Giordano you are amazing and myself and my wife are very happy with your service!
