Sam's Chaat House

Absolutely delicious Indian food. The tamarind chutney used in the chats makes up for the not-sweet-enough curd. We ordered Dahi papdi chaat, Samosa chat with Chole, Tandoori fish, Gajrela and cold coffee. The chole was very delicious and had the right proportion of spices. They have a good amount of vegetarian options. The server was very friendly and prompt in service. Would love to go back and try out other items as well.

Pathetic and very rude behaviours of the owner of the restaurant.We were in the plaza and we saw that they posted “Unlimited Cholle Bhature offer”, we went inside the restaurant and checked with the server about the offer and she validated that we can avail this offer.We ordered that, after which because it was an unlimited offer we asked for another plate. In total we could order 3 plates in total for 2 people.We could not finish the 3rd one and asked if it was okay to take out as we don’t want to waste food, the server said “yes you can as we would also dump it anyways”.We asked for the bill to check out and they charged us for 3 plates instead of 2!!We asked for the explanation and looked at their answers!!Server – was very rude and said because we ordered 3rd plate, they would charge us, if we would have asked for refill there wouldn’t have been any charge!!, we asked where it is mentioned and how is it logical, unlimited means unlimited, right even if we are taking another plate!! They knew that we were there to use that offer, they could have informed us about that, but they did not.To me the most shocking thing was the owner’s behaviour.Look at his comments –“I don’t care about the reviews, wherever you want to complain you can.”“I am not afraid of anyone.”“People have this misunderstanding that restaurants need their reviews; we don’t require any customer reviews for Selling.”He was so rude and was yelling at us.We asked him politely to show his offer of unlimited advertising and explain about terms and conditions, but he didn't have any answer.I wonder if the Restaurant Manager behaves like this with customers, what would be your expectations from the staff.Very Bad experience, they ruined my Friday Afternoon!!

Went for late lunch around 3pm, if u see the restaurant from outside dosent seems fancy , but when u go inside it’s big clean and ambience is good. Staff is friendly they are always smiling. I ordered there all you can eat chole and kulcha, non veg thali and lemon soda. We were so happy with our food. People might find it pricy but I dint feel. For me if food is amazing u won’t mind paying.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sam Chat House along with my friends from the theater team and I must say it was an incredible experience and they definitely deliver on quality and flavor.The ambiance of the restaurant is fantastic - it has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with warm lighting and comfortable seating. The service was impeccable too - the staff were attentive and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal.Now, onto the food. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. From the drinks to the food, everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Ordered 2 non veg Thali and 2 chole bhature. After 30 min, the server came asking what kinda meat you want in your Thali. The tabel beside us sat almost 15 min after us, and they got their food before us. When asked, they kept saying it's coming but could tell they just started making it. Asking one of the servers the question again about when's our food coming she was not to happy with it. When bringing out my plate of chole, a curry food spun the tray and dropped chole on the table and a lil on my pants and walked away, not knowing it. Told them to cancel the 2 non veg, and after that, they bring it out right away. The food ok. The service was good with others, but that one staff member had a serious attitude and should know they don't put the food down in that kinda manner.

Delicious food, good portions, affordable prices, super friendly and sweet staff. I recommend this place 10/10.

Today I had opportunity to dine in at sam chat house. Harman our server was great help and the food was extraordinary. I have not tasted such authentic food in a while must try!!!

Went to Sam’s Chaat house for lunch today while I and my wife in surrey today! It did not disappoint! We ordered a veg thali and chana bhatura! If you go between 11:30 AM to 5 PM they have lunch specials where you get unlimited chana bhatura plus tea combo! Food was so delicious! Ambience of the place is beautiful and clean! I would recommend this place!

Had very horrible experience, we ordered Chole Bhature, and they add chicken in the pickle, want to give them no stars. We want to talk to manager or some authorities at the restaurant but they never showed up.Definitely not gonna visit again.

Went for brunch with family and had very disappointing experience. Service was super slow, servers do not greet or respond to your greeting (rude). After a hour long wait we order Gol Gappe and Chole Bhatoore but got served with flies inside food. Also bhatoore were too much thick (gave stomach ache).Nobody apologized for bad service and bad food and they had audacity to charge us after all that. We paid without eating food and wasting our time. Hope they get inspected.Never recommended. Avoid this place for your good health.
