Macdon headers are the right choice for our operation because simply because of the ease of use and how well these units get the job done. Never have I seen a head shave the ground as close as what I'm able to do with macdon headers.

When I switched over to Drapers I went to the company with the best product, best customer service and most experience in cutting attachments. These heads are simple to operate, do the best job of cutting and are operator friendly. As a custom harvester, I do like to run the most reliable equipment to get me through the year and MacDon is able to do that for my operation. I have completed 2 seasons on my current 2018 headers and have had no down time, which says a lot for the quality of MacDon headers. I don’t like down time.

Love the simplicity and efficiency of our MacDon FD140’s! They cover many acres and are the best yield saving heads I’ve ever seen running to date! Never an issue cutting tall beans. Only reason this head did not get 5 stars is because we’ve had to put a couple splices in this year with the sickle breaking. Working with local dealer to interpret the issue more.

Best swathers around!We have two MacDon’s for our custom silaging company and I wouldn’t trust any other brand. On average we put on about 800 hours between the two; breakdowns are rare. They are a sturdy, reliable machine and easy to operate and work on. We could not recommend MacDon more if you’re looking for a great swather that will last you a very very long time.
