I’m over on the west coast and discovered J.B. Evans online when I was searching for a brand of jeans I like. Their prices have been slightly cheaper than other stores I could find and their service and shipping has been great. I’m on my fourth pair of jeans from them now and they haven’t disappointed!

Ordered a pair of jeans online for shipment. Before buying the jeans I asked the sales rep how true they are to size and their recommendation was perfect. While my product was in the shipment process I had updates and reminders until the day I received my product from the store itself. I found this to be exceptional service, especially in the era of at-home shopping.

My family has been shopping at J.B. Evans since the early 1950s. I was in Thunder Bay for a funeral and needed a dress shirt and shoes. Andrew opened the store early and fit me up with everything I needed. Great customer service and quality merchandise. No question, this is the best place to shop for clothing in Thunder Bay.

Thank you so much to the woman who helped me with this purchase. My feet are different sizes and the boots didn’t fit right at first so she showed me a pair of really long socks that she put inside the boots and when I tried the boots again, they fit snug. They are very comfortable boots and I am in love with them. I recommend buying them if you are looking for rain boots. Or if you are looking for a different style or length they have other options for the same brand. Go to J.B Evans!! I can’t wait to use them this fall! Now I’m hoping we get some more rain…just a little!

Excellent place to purchase fine quality clothing for men and women. There is a parking lot beside the store and it's easy to pull in.Lots of choice and I was able to find shirts that fit comfortably despite the 20+ Covid pounds I'm carrying!Well worth visiting for off the rack and excellent for custom tailored suits as well.

Great Service! I've come in twice now last minute to have alterations done for a suit. One morning looking to purchase a suit an have it hemmed by the end of the day. I was accommodated without any hassle or hahhing or humming. Couldn't ask for more! Thanks guys!
