Great service, excellent value - our experience at Decora was top notch

Terrific advice, fantastic selection. Tara really impressed me with how quickly she understood what I was looking for, just with a few pics on my phone and a sketch. She quickly picked out what I thought I wanted and then steered me to interesting new ideas to ponder (even better!). I also like how they have so many full size samples, especially in large format tile. So much easier to imagine than a board of small samples. Pro service, great style.

Decora Tile were really wonderful to work with. We have a small dark entryway with old boring grey tile that made it even darker. We chose an in stock tile that's for the most part white with some grey relief. We were able to lay out the tiles on the floor of the showroom in a pattern we worked on, rather than the normal layout and we liked the look before we bought the tiles. Marty, the installer went the extra mile to email us drawings he had worked on, showing how it would look. We are incredibly happy with the final product and truly appreciate Marty going the extra mile to work with us. We are extremely grateful to meet someone who cares about the customer. So don't go if you're in a rush, they focus on one guest at a time, which also means you'll have their full attention when it's your turn. Erin helped me out and really did a fantastic job. She was super helpful with tips/suggestions and found a product that we think will work well in my space at a lower than expected cost. Thanks!

Great experience! Unbelievable selection, incredibly helpful, knowledgable staff. Helped 2 very picky guys find the perfect backsplashes to to be focal points for our bars.

Ellie was great. Should perhaps have a number system: when you need help, take a number? It was busy when I went in and it seemed that when they knew people, they were served quickly(?). Once served however, Ellie stayed with me till the bitter end - the sale (leaving others to wait I'm sure). Perhaps more staff on the floor are needed. Great selection, unique pieces offered. Sad that so much is backordered but that's not their fault. Everything is covid related delays for construction these days.

Great selection and excellent service. It was easy to look around the showroom while socially distancing. I was able to take my time looking but always someone available to answer questions, etc. Despite them being very busy backsplash was completed within weeks. Excellent workmanship. Huge thanks to Eric, Martin, Quentin, Ellie, Julie and one other gal who really made me consider other options and took the time to show me what the finished product would look like...she was right - it's now in my kitchen and looks fabulous.
