I was looking for a nice and safe little car for my mom when I saw one that could be a good match for her I called Auto Provincial to get some info on a car. I talked to Tasso with all my questions and requests; it was by far one of the best salesman I have delt with in my intensive search for mom's perfect little car. But I still had to compare with other places. I ended up calling him back for mom to test drive the little car, Tasso was patient with mom answering her million questions... mom liked it and said that she like how Tasso was very helpful and patient with her. She called me to say she liked the car and she trusted Tasso. I ended up meeting Tasso with mom and got her the little car she liked. Tasso and his team went extra miles to get the car ready to Mom's liking! Thanks Tasso for taking care of my mom the way you did! You have a great personality and thumbs up for your professionalism. I have one important thing to say about Auto Provincial. They stand behind their customers even if the car was bought 3 years ago. Tasso will do anything to keep his clients happy by helping them anyway shape or form. Tasso saved us a big chunk of money on some repairs on my daughter's car. I am very thankful for the help Tasso gave us.

Some guy is happy that Tasso backs his customers after 3 years..WOW!..I don't know about you guys, in my case after 2 years I had to change my engine 8000$ , but it's not really that it's that I went to Tasso and asked him if I can rent a carFor a couple of reasons, a simple transaction and convenience, you know since I bought a car from him I would think he would help out , and not for free obviousHe had no car for me and I had to call him back which he said he wouldBut I knew he would of said no by the way he wrote my number down on his note pad I just knew it.My son and daughter are looking for cars .Tasso Karama comes back, and comes back with a vengeance !!

Bought a car in September that was advertised for $6995 on Auto-Hebdo and when agreeing to the sale $200 was added to the price. I was also told there would be a 30 day warranty and only noticed afterwards that the contract specifically stated no warranty. The included tires were almost bald and size was wrong. The paint on front bumper is flaking off, seems like a bad repair and there is a bubble of rust pushing up around the sunroof.Otherwise the car has performed well and despite issues found during inspection, car turns out to be in generally ok shape. The issues mentioned spoiled the transaction for me. I'd rather have seen the listing higher for the car with no hidden fees instead of bait and switch, and be told up front there would be no warranty.
