Can't get Energy Star numbers to get my subventions.The guy (Meir Medalssy) always say he's gonna get them but never comes back.They were supposed to install the moldings but they didn't unless I paid an extra cost!If you call, if not the answering machine, the guy answers as if he just got out of bed makes you wondering if you made a false number... VERY BAD

If something goes wrong with your order from or the work done by this company, you may find yourself in the position that I am- filing a suit in Small Claims Court as a final recourse. What has particularly annoyed me is the owner's dishonesty. He had been unable to deliver stained glass door glass I had ordered (it was out of production - no fault of his on that score) and when I couldn't find a suitable replacement from any of his suppliers he agreed without any equivocation to refund my $500 deposit. Only problem is, he never has. Polite e-mail reminders have been ignored. A phone call met with excuses (just got back into town- your cheque will be in the mail soon") I can't comment on the quality of this company's work
