We recently had the crew of Sounds Good reconfigure our home entertainment system that has been a mix-mash of different intallations over time that never worked effectively. From first email to install and follow up, Sounds Good's approach is professional. The initial consultation was extremely thorough, with clear explanation of deliverables and costs. We have had other service folks attempt to resolve the issues with our system and often they provided stop-gap solutions that failed when new components were added. Sounds Good Identified the challenge, explained the solution and gave clear insight into its fees for implementation and capabilities to address changing technology. Great service, quality anf value. We did have a one follow service after install and a technician came out immediatly and the issue resolved.

Sounds Good installed our internet, sound and TV systems for us. And they continue to play a significant role helping us to manage these systems. I have nothing but good things to say about the company. They provide easy to understand support over the phone to troubleshoot technical difficulties. And in person, Luke, their senior technician is wonderful. Very talented, knowledgeable and patient.

Hello, I have dealt with this company on two separate occasions and each time they have performed flawlessly. The first time they came in to quote on a basement home theatre system. I bought the equipment from them but been a macgiver i did installation myself.The second time was this week where I had them come back to finetune" my set up. The technician was great and went above and beyond in configuring my system for optimal sound. Runs beautifully now. He had some time left and configured my remotes to open the system in my most often used configuration. Wow "blows my mind it could be done" This company is quality

Robert and the team at Sounds Good have been amazing. We did our home automation and our home cinema with them for our new home.We had a number of items done: blinds, lights, TVs, cinema. Each item was done perfectly the way we wanted to. The team helped us make our vision of what we wanted come true. Especially when it came to the blinds with the challenge of larger windows. They guided us to what would be the best, in this case Lutron blinds, and it fitted perfectly with what we wanted.My family and I are very happy with the work done by them. We recently used Sounds Good for a two part installation in our new home. They installed a tv and sound bar in the basement and another over a new fireplace on the main floor. Also installed a mesh system for wifi. Great work all the way around. Very professional, knowledgeable, tidy and responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend them and we will definitely use them again for all our tech needs.

Rob and team delivered a great audio and video system for our new indoor pool space. It is a large space with high ceilings and we are very pleased to have multiple zones of crystal clear sound. The Control4 system integrates the audio and video experiences wonderfully and also does a very nice job of controlling the main house exterior lighting which was retrofitted as part of the process.The entire job was professional, timely and efficient throughout. We would definitely use Sounds Good again !

Rob May did an excellent job installing our new home theater system and upgrading our older system at a reasonable cost. He gave good advice recommending the appropriate components and built in ceiling mount speakers for our home renovation. He was very professional and personable right from the initial quote and throughout the installation process. The remote is easy to use and the system looks and sounds great.

I recently hired the team at Sounds Good to reconfigure my existing surround sound system and connect a new TV to it.I found the entire process was excellent, from contacting them to getting my estimate to installation.The installation team were excellent. They knew their stuff and even fixed the centre channel that I though was ruined, (it turned out to be a loose connection)They had the system up and running and tested in short order.I am really pleased with the team and their service and would recommend them again in the futureFive stars
