Had excellent customer experience at this place. Our Salesman Bryant was patient, informative, answered all our questions and gave great suggestions. Processing time was efficient, I highly recommend. Richmond Honda works extremely effectively as a team, and it is clear that they cater for a vast range of people. The management, finance team were also very approachable and listened to all our queries and concerns and were also very accommodating.

Daniel (sales) and John (finance) are friendly, efficient and customer-focused staff. I bought my car today, and I was able to take the car home in a matter of a few hours. Excellent work, guys. Management at OpenRoad Richmond Honda, why would you put a vehicls for sale on your lot, with pictures up that has NEITHER been inspected, nor detailed, nor fixed. An absolute waste of a Ferry ride from Victoria. Beware pre-owned buyers!!! Avoid this place. That sign that says Inspected is a lie!!!!

I am a loyal Honda customer. I bring my Honda to the dealership for all servicing. The staff at Richmond Honda is very accommodating and helpful. They go above and beyond. They’re kind and patient as well, and transparent about costs. They inform me of promotions and current rebates. I feel their service is excellent value for the cost. One of the staff actually helped me fix my apple car play even though i don’t think it was his job to do so. He just knew how to do it and saw I was stressed about it and so he helped me. I’m so grateful :) thx !

If you’re thinking of purchasing a Honda may I suggest visiting Richmond Honda located at the Richmond Auto Mall.This is my second vehicle purchased at the same dealership in the last 4 years and both times I have had a pleasant experience. Prompt and thorough is what I get from the service department. A no nonsense sales advice without the sales pressure or the usual “I am trying to make my quota” deal.Past experience taught me well and a good salesman will listen to you, take into account if you have a budget, and help you get the deal you need.Yes, at Richmond Honda I found just the salesman (ask for Alex Yang). Remember, these guys are already selling a vehicle that has a good reputation (Honda).If you don’t want “B.S.” while shopping for a car try Richmond Honda. I hate pushy salesmen, salesmen who treats women like they don’t know anything about cars, and haggling for the best price while staying within your budget. My sales guy at Richmond Honda was very transparent with me from the beginning.Nope this review is not a result of a discount from the dealership although that would have been nice. We are very privileged and lucky to meet Daniel Sak during our search for a new vehicle. First time we met Daniel several months ago, at the parking lot of Richmond Honda. We stopped after our bike ride, just to see how the new 2023 Honda HRV looks like.We mentioned upfront we are not ready yet, and we need time to decide if we want Honda again. I really wanted a Subaru this time. We had a Honda CRV for several years. My wife likes Honda a lot and she even wanted to keep old CRV longer.We didn't have an appointment, but Daniel was very patient and spent time showing my wife all Honda 2023 HRV features. After that meeting we didn't call him and he didn't push us either. He never made calls to us to hard sell. All went quiet. We told him we were not ready and he respected that.In the meantime, we haven't stopped searching for a new car for my wife. Whenever we met other car salesmen, from other dealerships (like Subaru or else) my wife was expecting the same treatment. No hard sell, time to think and detailed review of the car options. She got tired with some nonsense, and we went back to Daniel.After listening to us, he made an initial estimate, trade in value and rough calculations. Very quickly we got a brand new Honda HRV Sport 2023 in the color my wife likes the most.All was done in 3 weeks. Amazing service and there is no better person to talk about Honda cars and options than Daniel. Go and see him if you are a Honda fan like my wife. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Bryant at Richmond Honda was very responsive, helpful and friendly throughout the entire process with our Honda HR-V 2023! Buying at car is very stressful, and Bryant made it very easy. I ordered the car at the end of Dec 2022, and it arrived 4.5 months later - which was a lot earlier than expected. Even gave me a discount on the trunk winter mat! Would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda. Other dealers were more expensive (due to the dealer fees") and some did not even want to help us order our car. It was great that Bryant was committed to helping us. Very satisfied with our current driving experience."
