Called for a taxi tonight & when the driver got there he stated that where we were going was too far. He claimed that we were too heavy & we needed a van. Told us he'd call us a van & didn't. It was -11°C outside & we had waited 20 minutes. We called to complain, they hung up on us. We told our next taxi driver our issue, no problem. Asked if where we were going was too far, he said no. Surdell taxi car number 29, driver is really rude.

Worst cab company ever. Just plan rude. Wouldn’t drive me and my buddy down the road. Said we had too much stuff. Untrue. Made us walk with our arms full down the road to the hotel. The guy just didn’t want to bother because it was a short distance. Asked before we even got in where we were going. I’m so offended right now. I hope you all consider what type of people you would be giving your money to. I was even going to give the driver 20 cash because I know it’s more for his trouble than anything.Also called dispatch to inform and was rudely dismissed and hung up on. Unreal world we are living in.

This is the second time around that happened to me. The first time I reported and decided to delete it just to give them benefit of the doubt. This taxi company was awful and liar. They always tell customer that taxi was on the way but it didn’t arrive. It took me more than an hour and 30 minutes of waiting and no one arrived. The first was worst, more than 2 hours waiting. We took taxi with wheelchair access.

absolutely the worst taxi service i have ever used. they charge you by the minute AS WELL as by the km. cost me $30 for a 15 min ride to go 6 km and still had the audacity to ask for a tip. absolutely outrageous. on top of the ridiculous price, my driver was rude and talking on a personal phone call with both earbuds in the entire drive. talk about unsafe?!

Driver on may 11th around 10:30pm in SK145 needs to learn how to drive. After cutting me off and then proceeding to go well below the speed limit he finally decided to floor it and move out of the way only after i had to lay on the horn. Then 2 minutes later he tried to do it again to another vehicle. Does he not realize that he shouldnt try to cut off larger vehicles? Or is he just that ignorant and doesnt care? Absolutely rediculous. He needs to remember he has a big phone number on the back of his vehicle and a vehicle number as well.

I would give give a zero if I could. My 70 year old mother has been taking cabs with surdel for prob 30 years. Today forgot her new pin number and after trying 2 times the cab driver took her bank card away from her. He then made her walk back home from the place he was taking her and was going to wait to take her home. I am absolutely appalled at this treatment. And no one should he treated this way.

Professional driver? Park at no parking and wrong direction. Get your driver a new driving lesson and teach them to obey the law.

Worst service anywhere. Dispatch gave the driver a completely wrong address and, after over an hour of wait, I called the main number and was told that the driver couldn’t find me so “left”. I wonder how long I’d have waited before they’d have told me that. Rather ruined my day

Please read this before calling them. 1.Dispatchers are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional with customers.2. Called them to book wheelchair van and they dont even use the slightest polite tone and words.3. They sent me confirmation text few seconds after my call then few seconds after that, they sent me another text cancelling my trip without my consent.4. Called them and they showed no care about my request despite the fact that it is doctor’s appointment.5. Asked to speak to a manger and they lied saying none is available until next week, what a lie.6. They kept interrupting instead of listening to my concerns.Will never ever deal with this company.
