I had to write a review right away so I wouldn't forget to later. I was extremely impressed with the Toronto Bangladesh consulate. The facilities are very well maintained, the service is very organized and the consular staff are very kind, respectful, and helpful. Just ensure you have an appointment and everything will be smooth-sailing.Phenomenal experience, very proud of this consulate!

We walked in for my parents' passport renewal. We went at 10:00AM, there was only person before us. Therefore, we didn't have to wait at all. The lady was very friendly and provided very quick & efficient service. We received passport within 2 weeks which is remarkable. I am very proud of Bangladesh consulate.

I went there today for my Visa and the service was really good. You need to have an appointment for faster service. I went in and there was a ticket counter. Since I already had an appointment, I tapped the Visa column and got a ticket. There is a separate button for Walk-in too.They took my submission confirmation document and passport and processed my application. Make sure to carry a passport size photo with you else you have to come back again and submit the photo separately.Nearest Subway Station is Don Mills

To pick up my passport, I actually drove two hours, but I ultimately turned around. It is dreadful and annoying that I was not prepared for such poor treatment. For the sake of informed clients, they could have changed their hours online. Additionally, they never answer the phone, allowing customers to be up to date.

They are really nice and helpful. Try taking your serial in advance. Also, for complicated case email in advance.

Super impressed by their professionalism and speed of their service. Appointments are highly prioritised and my NVR was done within just 4 days. Absolutely amazing! People from Ottawa should also come here as the Ottawa consulate is extremely incompetent and unprofessional.If you are looking for an appointment for the service you require, you first need to fill in the online application where you will be asked to book an appointment as the last step of the process. Show up on time with required documentation and properly sized photograph if necessary and it should not take longer than 5-15 minutes. 4 stars instead of 5 because they did not pick up my calls or respond to email.

Someone said in the reviews Appointment is useless eta asole Faltu kotha.They only serve Appointment holders, without Appointment they just dont serve at all. No matter how many times people request.I had Appointment 2.30 for attestation, my job done in 15 minutes. They dont accept cash. Didnt needed printed photo for online application.There is seperate line for passport recieving. Whoever sit in the middle he print my passport copy my work permit. Very nice and friendly to me. They all speak bangla.There phone number going to be out of service till further notice.Overall good experience. I do see some some people who know people working there. But if u have Appointment you will be served on time.

Beautiful place inside and out. For those first timers, the consulate is located at the 15th floor inside the building. Just take an elevator.The staff, particularly the sister I talked to, delivered superb customer service and was considerate of my time and questions.
