Dr Yeung and student Dr O were absolutely fantastic. My daughter (and I) felt very heard, understood and well cared for. This is a wonderful clinic and we are grateful for this experience! Thank you.

Brought my son here due to referral from school and general family doctor. I am now changing pediatricians after 2 yrs. Never felt anyone cared. Front staff is polite once they looked up to acknowledge you but you might stand there for few mins. Formal, cold feeling place. TV is always off. Toys have been removed. Only some old books on shelf and Where's Waldo pictures on the wall. I expect/would prefer a friendlier atomsphere for child care office. Dr was ok but always felt only had part of his attention and my son was just another number... disappointing. I hope there is better out there. I will keep looking...

I was thrilled with our experience with Dr. Wong. He's not the warm and fuzzy type, so don't go in expecting that -- but he's hilarious and my kids like that. He made my kids smile and they appreciated his, as they put it - 'serious silliness.' We went in to see him for an ENT referral and we really appreciated how he handled our situation. He didn't make us feel like we were overreacting and in fact, was quite respectful of our treatment path thus far. Late in the appointment, when he was profiling our family for his charts, he found out that my husband is also a medical doctor. My husband refuses to ever look at our kids as patients so there was literally no plan going in. I greatly appreciated that this didn't change Dr. Wong's approach and he still focused on our son. (My family requires complex care so we've all see many doctors -- many of whom will start to act very differently once they find out another doctor is in the room, which greatly annoys me!)We have full confidence in Dr. Wong. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy in his care.

I have been bringing my triplets to see Dr. Yeung since 2013. He is nothing short of kind, caring, thorough and professional and he is absolutely great with my kids...they really enjoy going to see him!I 100% trust the care he provides!The front desk staff haven't always been the most friendly but I believe that is more a reflection of themselves rather than a reflection of the medical professionals in this office. Thank you Dr. Yeung, you are the best!!

Dr Wong is simply THE BEST ! He’s been our paediatrician for over 5 years now for my two boys with Autism . Helpful , kind and listens to our concerns , he shows interest in what the boys have to say and takes the time to listen .Dr Wong helped us with Aish documents and also with the capacity assessment for my son who is now 18 ( Dr Wong agreed to keep him as a patient a little bit longer and I’m sooooo thankful) . It was a lengthy paper work but he didn’t mind doing it for us .Dr Wong is reliable , returns our calls and is willing to help , I highly recommend him .Diane at the reception is amazing too! Thanks for your smile and your warm welcomes .

One of the Dr.'s at this clinic, let's know that on an x-ray of our 7 month old son, signs of cystic fibrosis were apparent and told us we would be trying to get into a program that specializes with this. A week later we called in to find out why we had not yet been contacted and to find out how long getting into this program would take (as we are beside ourselves with worry) we found out that the Dr. was on vacation and that would have to wait to find out how long the process would take. Three weeks later we found out that the paperwork was sent away after she had return from her time away. I find this personally unprofessional and lacking concern for my son's well being. Anyone having concern to their child's health I would encourage you to find some other clinic that cared.

My children have been attending this clinic for 16 & 14 years respectively. All of the caring, knowledge doctors at this office has ALWAYS put the needs of my children first. I could not ask for more.Yes, there are occasionally delays before an appointment but those are due to the NEEDS of the child or children before us. I am always confident when it is our turn we will not be rushed through and we will be given all the time my children need.Absolutely, the only office I would take my children to.

My daughter is a patient of Dr.Yueng’s. After almost a year of stomach issues we were finally referred to Dr.Yueng. He has been so fast with getting our daughter referred to the appropriate specialists. My daughter also absolutely loves Brook at reception. She’s always so excited to get covered in stickers, and my daughter plays shy with almost everyone, but not Brook. She’s always been so patient with my daughter & she’s definitely a highlight when coming into the office.

Dr. Wong is horrible! He either hates his job or he’s just terrible at it!In fact the whole clinic is a mess!! Just shut it down!My doctor referred my toddler to them and they didn’t even care to send me an appointment reminder. On the day of my appointment Dr. Wong called me to tell me that I missed my appointment. We went through the everything about my son’s speech delay over the phone. He really just didn’t care, I could tell from how he engaged with me. He asked me questions but didn’t even care to give me feedback of what he recommends I do moving forward even after I asked him. I mean what was the point of the call? He proceeded to book my son a hearing test but did not confirm the place because someone would call me to confirm that. 2 days ago I got a voice message that I missed my appointment. How was I supposed to know where to go when no one called me or gave message reminder of my appointment and place?? They all hate their jobs Period.

Thank you so much to Miss Brooke , she has been such an amazing help in getting my lil man in to see the wonderful Dr Wong. Brooke helped us get our appointment changed in a timely manner when illness struck ,and Brookes kindness and understanding helped take the pressure off in getting my son diagnosed . When we couldn’t get in due to illness , Brooke set up a phone consultation so we could get this difficult process started. Brooke is an asset to the Panda family and a blessing to the pts and parents.
