I came for an X-ray and ultrasound without having an appointment and the receptionist Eva was very friendly and accommodating. I did my ultrasound with Maryam and my X-ray with Samir, both were very friendly professional.

Eva- she is amazing and hardworking personality and helpful.Maryam - she is also amazing personality and did my test very nicely.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. MARIAM was doing my ultrasound. She is very professional in her work. The office is clean and the wait time is minimal.

Great place for an ultrasound.. Receptionist and Ultrasound technicians goes above and beyond. I walked in without an appointment, and even though it was fully booked they accommodated me as I was prepared. They also dedicates a few minutes for my husband to come in as well. Love this place.

The worst customer service I have ever received. The receptionist is always in a bad mood and treats the patients very badly. I went many times during my pregnancy becouse is close to my house, I noticed my bad attitude with the patients all the time. One day with an urgen appointment that I booked in advance and I received a confirmation by text message then she told me that she couldn't find anything even I showed her the proof of the text message and she said that I have to do other appointment. The way she handled the situation was very indolent, arrogant and rude. She look like she hate that job, however, the technicians are very kind and they looked for a way to help me. Miriam is very good but the receptionist is not qualified to deal with patients.

Samir was genuinely helpful n so professional.. n Rihana (ultra sound), n Eva accommodated my brother last minute when it was quite urgent. We truly appreciate such care n professionalism. God bless

Amazing experience,they were able to squeeze me in between appointments for X-rays and Ultrasound.They really understand what urgency means.Thank you Dr. Mohamad and all the staff at the humber location.

I went for my X-Ray and ultrasound today and the lady at the front desk was very rude, her answer was very negative every time I asked any question. Her behaviour was very bad. I took a prescription from a doctor stating I need to do an X-ray of my knees and an ultrasound of the shoulder and she said my prescription doesn't match. I told her a couple of times that I have 2 issues but she doesn't understand what I was trying to say. I asked about the pricing for X-ray and ultrasound and she was like why? why do you want to know? Her behaviour showed frustration over any questions that I asked.

Very nice experience here. Eva you are a God sent. My son was in pain and needed an emergency Ultrasound, Eva went over and above to ensure that we got to do the ultrasound even though our appointment was for tomorrow. I went in there nervous and frustrated as my son was in so much pain and discomfort but Eva made my day. She was so professional, from welcoming us to her quick action and kind comforting words we felt at ease when we walked out of there. I am so satisfied with the service I got there, I couldn't wait to review. Thank you Eva and everyone else!
