I am very happy with my experience at Serendipity. Sue had exceptional customer service. She was quick to respond to every message, she helped customize the perfect puppy for our lifestyle. Sue is very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to offer support when choosing a puppy to the transition of bringing if home.

I recently adopted a tiny Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy from Serendipity Acres. I named my new puppy Malia, which means “beloved”. She is a perfect specimen of the breed - loving and calm with a playful side when she needs to burn off some energy.Sue really listened to what I was needing in a new puppy and suggested the perfect one for me. She also really set me up for success with Malia because she gave clear recommendations about what I needed to have to make the puppy’s early days at my home as easy and stress free as possible. I am happy to say that Malia is settling in beautifully and is already a treasured member of my family.Sue and family clearly put much love and care into the very earliest days of Malia’s life, as evidenced by the pups ability to settle in so quickly and seamlessly to my family.Thank you Sue & Serendipity Acres.

We recently adopted a Cavapoo from Serendipity Acres. Sue was fantastic and provided a wealth of knowledge along with a send off package (blanket, dog food, water) for the trip home and additional vaccination and information booklets to help us with the transition. Sue also took the time to get to know my family and I to ensure the dog was the right fit. She provided suggestions and lots of information to make sure the dog received what was best for him and for our family. Anyone who adopts a dog from Serendipity Acres will see how well their dogs are taken care of through the knowledge and thought that goes into raising them. We can’t thank you enough Sue!

Just adopted the cutest King Charles cavalier spaniel from here! Communicating with Sue throughout the process was great, as she always sent pics of my pup every weekend to see her growth before pick-up date. Was very informative when we picked her up and showed us her lovely property of where she housed all the pups in her care. It's been 5 days since we brought her home and she is doing amazing! Sleeping well on her own in a crate and learning to sit on command! Would definitely recommend this breeder!

After researching different breeders of Cavapoos we decided to go with Serendipity Acres. Not only because of Sue's experience but with how quick she was to respond and how much information she provided. Once we picked a pup, we received weekly updates and pictures so we could watch her grow.On pick up day, Sue provided wonderful tips on making the transition home go smoothly and some great training tips.Our pup is healthy, happy and confident.Another great thing is that the support does not end once you bring your puppy home! Sue is an amazing person. Very knowledgeable, kind and makes the adoption process very easy. We were able to pre-visit and view all puppies before any commitments were made. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for puppy.

When our beloved 10 year old Cavalier passed away it took us almost a year to decide it was time to add a new family member.After researching breeders we decided to give Serendipity our first call based on Sue's amazing many years of experience on the King Charles breed.Our wish list was a healthy male tri color pup.Not expecting she had any available it was a huge surprise when she told us she just had a new litter and there was one male tri color.Sue then sent us a picture of him the rest was history.She sent pictures and kept us updated every Sunday until he was ready to come home.Jasper is now almost 8 months old completely healthy, super sociable and a ball of energy.We were extremely fortunate to have met Sue and thank her for giving us a perfect addition to our family.
