Couldn’t be happier with my first ever experience with Boyer Chev-Ajax. I was dealing with Trent as the sales representative. He was patient, polite and didn’t pressure me into anything. Trent is the kind of person who I would use again to purchase another vehicle, no question about that.The financial end of things went very smooth with Taryn and Matt. I was very hesitant to purchase the extended warranty for this vehicle (had a nightmare experience with another dealership-completely unrelated to Boyer) with extended warranty. But Taryn and Matt both explained the pros of having the extended warranty that all made sense. Again, 2 people who were not pushy about anything.Thank you to the entire Boyer team for such a great experience!

Service department is more worried about their holiday weekend than customers. No consideration whatsoever of others time and inconvenience, 0/5. Sales department less worried about selling vehicles listed online for this dealership, 2/5.Maybe sell vehicles that are functional/ offer different options that are appropriate instead of “I lost my mechanic for 4 days, still no idea why it not programming”**update**Has yet to be rectified and the clock has been ticking. Some of us show up to work everyday. Hopefully your service department understands that one day.Nothing has changed in 4 days at end of business day prior to a long weekend.Do not buy from Boyer expecting a working vehicle, do not utilize the service department, above all do not expect any communication aside from condescending remarks replying to an honest review.*Update June 10 2023*Still waiting to trade it in for a working vehicle. The same issue and negligence by the dealership to fix the Acadia to at least be a SAFE vehicle on the road and shop to fix the issue. This is months of nonsense that needs to END. I explicitly stated months ago this vehicle is unsafe yet the dealership that sold it “GMC Certified” has yet to take accountability.*Update July 2 2023*Still waiting. Same issue from back when I got the vehicle. Car will not shut off, doing 50km/hr flooring it. Shift to park issue continues. All the warning lights. Good thing it went into safe mode as I was approaching the highway and not 30 seconds later.Mechanics returned it after “the issues disappeared” ……. Funny how after months they won’t buy it back or trade it for a SAFE VEHICLE since fixing it is beyond their ability.

When I decided to buy a car two years ago I was given the name of a care dealer to go to, Caroline Kilbride. She helps me when I was in a tough situation back then, she was so kind and attentive and helped me buy the car I actually wanted and not one I had yo settle for. So of course 2 yrs later when I decided to look again i didn’t hesitate to call her again. I can honestly say, I am a client for life and I will refer her to anyone I know. Caroline has to be the most personable sales person I have ever met and I work in the sales industry. Yesterday I bought my dream car and I have her to thank, she has helped me more than she probably knows. Thank you Caroline!!!!

Where's the mechanics, where's the cars?? Just moved to the area and brought my 2 year old Silverado in for service, but after 3 days without it getting worked on, the service technician confided that they'd lost most of their skilled staff, had almost no parts inventory and were prioritizing work. He also said the location would be closed soon. Based on this knowledge and the unreasonable and unexplained delay, I took my truck to another dealership (one day turnaround), but not after an argument about a minimum service charge; even though they Boyer never fixed anything. The other dealer confirmed that some of Boyer Group's locations are in trouble and is why they had such limited stock. I don't wish ill of anyone, but based on the attitudes of the remaining staff and Chris McMurray the guy who claimed to be the manager, it's not hard to see why they're going out of business and losing their best employees!

Recently purchased a used jeep from Boyer. I live quite a distance from the dealership but really wanted the jeep. After my purchase the heater stopped working and I notified the dealer. It was an issue that nobody could have seen coming. Lucio was awesome in helping me deal with a jeep dealership close to my home so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way back to Boyer. They covered the costs and the repair was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle as they take care of their customers even after they’ve received their money. Great work Lucio and Boyer!

Definitely an amazing dealership. Alan, Taryn, and Greg were great to deal with. They gave me an amazing price on my trade and the vehicle I purchased as well. Taryn found me the best finance rate available. They really went above and beyond.
