I just visited Best Buy. The store was very exciting. You feel close to technology. Like other big stores, they checked the vaccine passport at the beginning of the arrival. The number of employees was good, so if you had any questions you could easily find someone to help.

AJ, greeted me at the entrance, said he's been there 17 years and shunned a review. Regardless, he gets 5 stars. In and out under ten minutes. Simple purchase, but warm and friendly anyway. Omar at the cash also deserves recognition. Good staff.

This is the most exciting day to shop at Best Buy, Black Friday sales is always interesting with a lot of staff working, holiday promotion and have great feeling of holiday spirit even at pandemic. No one leave this place empty handed.It took ten minutes to pass the line to the cashier, no complaints.

I dread going to Best Buy and was so pleasantly surprised to find a stellar employee in the appliance section who went above and beyond to help find the best deal and fit for my purposes. He was knowledgeable, courteous and took his time which is such a rarity these days and made what I thought would be a long and horrible experience into such a nice one. Five stars for Vincent :)

I went to buy two cases and two screen protectors for my new phones. I asked for someone to install the screen protector and they informed me that I have to pay $10 for each installation. I have never seen that before. Anywhere, when you buy any screen protector from any store whichever is, they always install it for free. It is the first time that I see a store who sold a screen protector and ask for additional fee for its installation which will take less than a minutes. I returned them back and no one cares about my issue. Very bad policy and customer service. I do not recommend any one to buy any product from best buy located at Fairview mall.

I purchased an IPad Pro and took the Geek Squad Protection Plan. In March, I went to the store to cancel the plan. I was informed that I would need to call to cancel. I called to cancel, spoke with a representative who was the most uncooperative person and after speaking with her for 30 minutes she said it was cancelled. However, I’ve continued to be charged for the last four months. Today I tried again to cancel through the online chat and they were unable to help me and told me to call to cancel. I’ve been informed that my phone number doesn’t match their records, I think I know what my phone number is! It seems to me this is no mistake, it’s purposely done to charge you month after month!

Came to buy premium headphones. Wanted to try Sony XM5, sennheiser momentum 4 and Bose. Each headset had some issues with connection so I could not try them out. When I mentioned it to one employee she sounded all annoyed at me. I guess I’ll be going somewhere else to spend my money.
