Wonderful experience once again, Arc document solutions is a very good choice for your printing requirements. We just had our second pair of show banners made by them. They replaced our old ones and they installed them for us in our existing stands. Thank you for the polite and prompt service. Our banners are outstanding!!

We have been using ARC for our reproduction needs for several years now and all of our experiences have been great. We always receive our print jobs in a timely manner. Recently we urgently required printing for a large project that required a lot of detail and needed to be completed in a short amount of time. Arc worked with us to get the job done properly with very little time. They exceeded our expectations and the final product turned out great. I have used the ARC for decades for all my printing, scanning and equally importantly delivery services. As the owner/operator of a sole proprietorship, Architectural firm, l relied on their services to get my work to my clients on time. We have been printing with Arc for several years now, but this was my first experience with this location. I would like to say that Steve Daniel's follow through, on a very important rush order, was incredible. Even in the midst of technology problems, Steve took the time to follow up, and make sure that our order was delivered to our client on time. He even personally delivered it for us! You just don't find that type of customer service very often any more, but you do at Arc! These guys were AMAZING! John and Steve were super helpful with getting a large vinyl print made for my office in downtown Toronto. They were quick, efficient, affordable and did a great job. Honestly I couldn't have been happier with the process of this project. I was especially nervous because of the massive size of this piece at about 15' feet long by 6' tall, but their skills and expertise made me feel reassured as they came in and measured the space, printed test sheets and reprinted until I was happy, installed the vinyl in 4 panels, etc. Their fantastic customer service was unexpected and greatly appreciated :) Thanks again guys! hope to work with you soon!

Chris and the team were amazing. I called first thing this morning with a seemingly impossible project, and they had it perfectly executed only a few hours later. Super knowledgable and great at their job. Would most definitely recommend!

Best place ive gone so far!! I've gotten about three photos printed here within the last couple of months and I'm going to continue to only come here. Not only are the staff the kindest, professional, friendly, hard working people but the quality of the photos themselves, are absolutely amazing , it's way better than I thought it would be and they got it to me within a very reasonable, respectful amount of time !! ARC is our go-to for all our digital needs. Their staff pay attention to our needs, respond quickly, provide services at reasonable rates and go beyond their requirements, just because they pay attention. They will get your prints done early, even if you ask them to be done within 24 hours (please give them more time if you can! lol). They have moved their office a few km east of us, but we've never considered finding someone closer. ARC just gets things done. Great people, great atmosphere, sincere responses.
