I went there for the first time, and one of the agent was so rude. I was walking out and remembered that I left some paperwork on her desk, when I turned around, saw her making sarcastic faces to her collegue. Very displeased with the service. Never going back there.

Recieved a letter to come in and renew auto insurance. When arrived office closed with note on door saying you must call to make an appt. Called, got someone working from home who cant make appts. When I called later and got an appt.,the woman said it wasnt in the letter because they dont want everyone phoning. Thats the height of inconsideration for customers. Last time I take my business there.

I called four times to make an appointment to gift my car from my Mom to me, the first time I was told to call back later in the week because it was too early to make an appointment for next week. The next time, I was told the girls were too busy and to call back. The next time, they took my information and called me back to make the appointment. Each time, I explained what I needed and finally when I went to the appointment they tell me there's a problem with my paperwork. It's frustrating that they are too busy" to handle a task of explaining EVERYTHING that is necessary the first time I called. Three people sitting around not able to handle simple tasks. I will go some place else next time."
