Technician came out to a rental property after tenant reported a back up in the drain in the laundry area. Service was completed.Technician reported to tenant and home owner what the problem was. Technician (Thomas) was polite and friendly and explained next steps for service.Another service to investigate further was scheduled for same day.

We contacted Sewer Squad because we had a sewer blockage. They were very quick and efficient in getting back to us. We were very happy with our technician, Bing, who arrived on time, did a good job and thoroughly explained what was going on and how to fix it. We would gladly call them again.

My experience with Mitch (and Milli) was top notch. They made sure I understood everything they were doing and very conscious not to leave any sort of mess.I would recommend their services again.

A storm drain clogged in my front yard, I contacted this company at noon, I got fast response, a technician came at 3:00pm , started working on rain. She works hard, even she didn't restored the pipe but she explained the problem. I appreciate!

I had originally called to have a basement floor drain cleared. They actually came earlier than planned which was nice. The two technicians Millie & Mitch were fantastic. They took care to protect the work area to keep it clean. After several attempts they were not able to clear the blockage fully. They showed me what they were able to clear and set up a time for another person to come to do a camera inspection and see what next steps would be. Because they were not able to help they even waved the $93.00 fee.The next day they did the camera inspection which revealed a much bigger issue. Although I was very stressed out Gillian took the time to let me calm down,talked me through the next steps and went over the costs. Have set up to have the job done in the coming week.I must say that my experience with this company has been fantastic right from my first call and hopefully right until the job is finished. I definitely will refer them to anyone and wish I could give them all a 10 star rating.

Rarely do you find someone who's articulate, punctual, competent and a pleasure to do business with. Such a person is Millie, who showed up on time, solved my issue in next to no time and explained to me how the issue had been created and ideas on how to resolve them going forward. Millie is a terrific asset to this company.

Thank you for your exceptional service. Sewer Squad was able to fit me in on the same day I was having a blockage in the sewer system. They cleared the line and afterwards ran diagnostics with the camera to point out exactly why I was having a blockage. They were upfront about their fees, very professional and they got the job done.
