Highly recommend! My phone was cracked and they fixed it within an hour.. when I went to pick it up they told me the frame was also slightly bent and that I should probably fix that too to make it more secure, which they offered to do free of charge! (I had to leave it overnight because it was almost closing time). I picked it up the next day and it was great. A few days later I noticed that my mic was not working properly, so I took it back in and they fixed it no questions asked free of charge in an hour.Really nice, knowledgeable, and professional staff.

This is a great place to get your phone repaired. My phone was not working and had been told that it cannot be fixed, but Cellular point repairs was able to repair it in no time (over the weekend!!) which is just amazing. They also charge nominally for their service which is fantastic. The staff is polite and friendly. Strongly recommend this place.

I just got my phone repaired and was amazed to receive fast, expert service from their great team. They gave me great advice and helped me to understand the problem. They are friendly, professional and really competent.

I came to this store to switch over from Freedom mobile to a corporate Roger's plan. I needed to make adjustments to the original plan and everything was explained clearly and handled painlessly. I also had to port my number over from Freedom and voice authorize a credit check but the Roger's rep was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Got my Pixel 3 battery replaced here. Judging other reviews, I expected about a 2-3 hour wait for my phone to be ready. But, I dropped it off around noon on a Saturday and was pleasantly told it would only be about an hours wait. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are also reasonable for the service they provide. Will go here again if I ever need any other repairs/part replacements.

I got my first phone from here after coming to canada with very good deals. I think its very good shop for students because other brokers or shop handlers runs after selling you expensive plans and phone but they don't. I don't remember the name of the guy who helped me bt all staff very kind and helpfull with A1 customer service.

The products were of high quality, and the prices were reasonable.What I appreciated the most was the helpful and knowledgeable staff. They helped me pick the right case for my Iphone 13 pro.I also liked the fact that they had a variety of products from different brands, including both well-known brands and lesser-known ones. This gave me more options to choose from and discover new products.Overall, I had a great experience shopping at Cellular Point. Would recommend this to everyone!!
