Sherobee Apartments

I have lived here for the past 3 years. The community has only ever improved, modernized and renovated to make it more appealing and comfortable. The front office staff, lead by Jessica is always very responsive, customer focused and go out of their way to satisfy any concerns or requests. Their thoughtful respect is very much appreciated.Shout out also to Steve, the handyman for his prompt attention and strong work ethic whenever I have required help.I highly recommend this Capreit property.Thanks to all.

Excellent service! The leasing Manager is extremely helpful and professional. He will assist you and work with you to make sure you have a great place to call homes!! Strongly recommend!! And the veiw is wonderful!!

We recently moved to 2076 Sherobee apartments, it's been less than one week but we already feel at home! Everything starting from the showing date until moving in went super smooth. They have a professional leasing office, Rasheif is a rock star here :) As for the apartment itself, it's very well renovated; it has brand new appliances, curtains, wood floor, kitchen & Washroom. we met couple of our neighbors when moving in, they were very welcoming and they offered us a dolly to move our stuff in. I highly recommend this place for families and pet lovers.

My partner and I have been living in 2076 for 3 years now and I would give this building a 5 star rating except that I think there should be more upkeep to the green spaces. The grass is mostly dead or dying and there are several dead trees on the property. (Although they did add some lovely flowers and plants last year.) I sincerely hope that something can be done about this and money can be spent on the upkeep of the grounds.

Soon we will be moving into apartments at 2100 Sherobee Road. We are looking forward to it! The managers Rashif and Jessica accompanied us through the process of signing the lease. These people know their job well and the transaction was completed quickly and with the most positive vibes. Rashif was patient and considerate of our wishes. He explained to us the answers to all our questions and suggested the best option for an apartment. We are very grateful to the Capreit team and Sherobee managers!

We moved here in 2100 Sherobee Rd in February, The main issue we have is roaches. We see them walking in the bathroom, living room and kitchen regularly. Of course we sent request via portal and for my surprise nobody was surprised with this issue. Once staff treated them, however no changes. Again we sent request, but nobody come.It looks like management try to ignore us.I really like apartment itself, but something should be done to maintain hygiene.

I have moved in recently and the process was smooth, with the usual red tape every rent entails. However, the management with Rasheif and Jessica has been mostly helpful, prompt, cooperative, professional and transparent, with Rasheif also being a very nice and easy-going individual. The apartment was delivered clean and renovated and the building facilities seem to be clean and organized as a whole, based on all aspects a complex with hundreds if apartments may present. So far, with the moving in process and the short time in, it has been a pleasant experience.

Myself and my partner just got approved for an apartment and we cannot be more delighted. Rasheif helped us from start to finish and made us feel like we were at home as soon as we stepped into the building. Can't wait to move in officially and be a part of this great community. I applied for a rental in this building, but now I am so delighted that I am not going to live there. After the staff’s treatment and hearing so many bad reviews about this rental I think I got lucky and did not make the the mistake of living here. From my experience the staff are really manipulative. They seem nice and helpful at first, but they are far from it. They never give you a straight answer. At first when I called them they said that they had an apartment available, but when I sent my documents they said that they don’t. When one of my friends called them, they said that the exact unit I applied for is available. He even went and visited it. This is just a small part of my horrible experience with this company and its staff. All in all I am VERY dissapointed with this company. Hope this will help some people to avoid getting involved with these people.
