Tried to sharpen an Axe I got myself a few weeks back days before a camping Trip and realized (I have no idea what I'm doing).Found Desmond online and called him thinking It's too short notice (leaving for camping in two days) and to my surprise he was very professional; courteous and took me in the very same day a few hours after my call. Regarding the work, he was in and out in 15 minutes and boy is it SHARP. Went home and did the paper test and it passed with flying colors!Will def be coming back in the future! Highly recommend.

I appreciated the easy drop off/pick up. Convenient location. Best of all, all of our knives were sharpened to perfection (and returned to us with blades wrapped for protection). The price is reasonable. We will definitely return to VKS for our knife sharpening!

Dez was very friendly, quick and efficient. I emailed him on a Sunday morning and he was able to book me in the very same day. He took my very beat up lawnmower blade and sharpened it, leaving it to look like NEW. Based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to use Dez again for sharpening any blade or tool. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Desmond was very friendly, quick and efficient. I called him on a Sunday afternoon and he was able to book me in the very same day. He took 3 of my knives and sharpened them up all within a few hours from when I first contacted him. My knives are the sharpest they’ve been and the price is great too. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Having my knives sharpened with Dez was great! It was very convenient drop of and pick up a few hours, which I needed. He did an awesome job restoring and sharpening my 25 year old Cutco serrated knife, even put back the previously broken pointed tip on it! He gave me very good tips and resource on how and what to use maintain my knifes after he’s done sharpening them. And You know the knifes sharping job is great when you can break and chop a spaghetti squash with relative ease!
