Alibaba is one of the best pizza makers on the island as far as I'm concerned. It always tastes good. If your favorite flavor is not ready it will be in 10 minutes, usually.

Delicious pizza but terrible customer service! Website clearly said Coke products and we specifically ordered a Coke product that we liked only to receive Pepsi which we don’t drink. There was no notification to us that this was a change and when I phoned the restaurant to complain, they said “sorry will fix it for next time bye”. No offer was made to fix the deception even though we told them that we specifically will not drink what was provided

Updated review:Last week I had slices at the quadra location and it reminded me why I liked Alibaba. So tonight being super busy with kids activities I decided to try the Westshore location again. What a waste of money.Despite being delivered in less than 30 minutes the boxes were soggy. The dough was blah, what little sauce there was on the pizzas was watery and didn't have the usual tang. On the entire barcelona there was maybe 3 individual cloves of garlic and again the spinach was charred to a crisp. Requested no onions sub pineapple due to a food reaction within the family and got more onions than even I would like if I had wanted them, and no pineapple. Tasted like literally nothing on the Barcelona but charred spinach and onions. My wife couldn't have more than a mouthful before having a reaction.Asked for pineapple on half the carnivore for my daughter.. my son who hates pineapple on pizza counted the pineapple chunks, 7 slivers (couldn't even call them pieces or chunks) spread over 2 slices of the pizza happily declared 3/4 of the pizza was his.Neither of the kids ate more than 2 pieces saying it didn't taste good... Teenage kids turning down pizza even bad pizza????? If you cut it you should have seen the black powdery 'spinach'. I love Ali baba pizza. I think they have some of the best and freshest toppings. My friend is Muslim and the employee at west shore helped me make sure that no pork was in the meat we selected. Would highly recommend. Very helpful and had my order on time. They didn't do anything to lose a star and would have 4.5 if it was an option. I just think 5 stars means there is nothing to improve so it's not given out all the time ; )

We have the personalized pizza that every time we ordered it gets better.We love the way they make it. Not greasy, dough is awesome. Delivery is on time with us always. So good pizza place.

Very disappointed- pizza was dry and tasted like it was reheated upon arrival. Ordered large carnivore and Hawaiian - long time customer and it tasted like old pizza by the slice…

I have a hard time accepting that one large pizza is 34$ and 2 large pizzas is 38$ Why not sell one pizza for a fair price? Also they put the meat under the cheese and although the portions are generous the meat is always soggy. There is a reason most places do meat on top of cheese...

Solid pizza!! I had the gf broccoli and spinach while hubby had the regular crust Ali Baba Special!The gf crust is quite good. Great flavor and texture, very close to the real thing, even hubby agreed.Hubby’s Ali Baba Special on regular crust was ‘a solid Canadian pizza’.We went in thinking it was sit down but it is more a take out or order type restaurant. Knowing this we would order from here but not go with the intent of staying.

We ordered a donair, 2 salads and one small pizza. On the website it said 33.75 for 2 pizzas, so we only ordered one and figured it would be half that price, but when it arrived we were charged for the 2 pizza price.
