So happy with my new Hoya babies. Excellent packaging with added protection against the cold to keep them safe on their journey to my home. The plants look nice and healthy and I am thrilled to add them to my collection.

I ordered in February and was so afraid the cold would damage my plant. The plant arrived during 40 degree weather in perfect condition. They include a heat pack with your order and pack it perfectly.

I have ordered from them on a number of occasions and the plants are always high quality. They have a great selection and their customer service is top notch. There is almost never an issue with my orders but on the off chance something is not right they fix it very quickly. Which is the best kind of customer service out there.By far my favorite place to order plants from. Highly recommend.

This was an excellent plant purchasing experience. I saw an unboxing video from Nick Peliggi on YouTube and I was as impressed as he was. Since I’m in the US I typically avoid buying from outside the US because I assumed and was afraid the shipping would be too expensive. I’m also in California which is a picky agricultural state so importing things makes me a bit nervous. I had no issues and I’m so pleased with my plants. I’ve paid just as much for shipping on plants from the US and even ETSY. For the amount of plants I purchased the shipping was beyond reasonable IMO. They were each individually packaged to avoid substrate/soil disruption with a paper towels and tape holding the dirt/moss down. They were then each placed in paper wrap stuffed with pillow fluff to keep all the vines and leaves safe. Each was clearly labeled as well. Zero damage, each plant travelled beautifully. They look happy already and every one has new growth. So nice to see. I’m over the moon with this purchase and will definitely be back for more. Don’t hesitate, just order, you won’t regret it. Also the plants arrived in two days after they were sent. Can’t beat that!

Purchased a vanilla planifolia from Planthaven Toronto in April, and this is how it looks 4 months later (it's in the Terra cotta pot next to one of their clearance philodendron pink princesses). Their packaging is impressive, and the wide selection they offer even more so. Their shipping is timely, and their packaging thorough. I recently ordered a rat tail cactus and it arrived with all of its long, spindly, precious arms attached (though removing the magical fluff they use as padding from its spines was an adventure-but I can't complain because of the perfect condition the plants arrive in). I recently tried out their intermediate mystery hoya box promo and am absolutely in love with the selections they chose, with the exception of the krimson princess but that's just because I've already got one of those. I do hope they keep promos like the mystery box going, it's so much fun! I've never had any problems with pests or critters in the substrate and I do appreciate how clean and damage free their plants are. They are a bit pricy, but the price reflects the quality you get.

Every plant I've purchased from PlantHaven Toronto have arrived quickly and are in great condition. Customer service was also speedy and very kind. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again next time I'm expanding my collection!
