I hate dealing with cell phone companies in Canada. Period. They give better contracts to people walking in off the street than long term customers. That being said, I’ve been with Telus for years solely because of John Mercuri. If it weren’t for John, I would switch carriers at the end of every contract to get a better deal. His level of customer service makes it virtually impossible to leave!!!
