Abby Dental Care

I was referred to Abby Dental by a coworker. Having a few unpleasant experiences in the past with other dental practices and needed dental care I booked appts with Abby DentalWords cannot describe the top notchCare I received by Dr Bevans and his staff. I’ve never felt so comfortable and at ease with the care he has provided meand Taylor your an amazing caring assistant. To the girls upfront you are all just so welcoming when I walk through the doors. I highly recommend Abby Dental and will definitely refer them to others !!!!!

Like many people, I have a fear of dental procedures, but Dr. Burrows and the dental assistants made me feel comfortable. They are very professional, thorough, and pay close attention to your needs. It feels great to find a dentist and team that you can trust.

I have been going to Abby Dental for about four years! Dr. Burrows and his crew are amazing. I have a phobia of dentists and needles and they always make me feel at ease and help me look after my teeth as I get older. I had a tooth pulled , very nervous for me, but I went in feeling pretty good about it. They use the nitrous and Iwas able to drive there myself and drive home, and the doctor and his staff were amazing. It took about two minutes to pull the tooth. I went home with no bleeding or pain. Even the next day I’m doing just fine! good job guys! And thank you

Well, as far as a last minute emergency over the Christmas holidays, I don’t believe you could have had a better experience when it comes to dentistry.I had an infected wisdom tooth of course, on Christmas Eve. I hesitantly called the emergency line, half worried about what was about to happen, and half embarrassed that I was calling someone on their much deserved time off to be with their family over Christmas.Dr. Burrows was on the line after a quick “forward” from the lady that answered the emergency line.He was kind, patient, and surprisingly willing to help me. (I was a little taken aback, as I couldn’t believe how accommodating he was! He was willing to correspond, and took the time to explain everything I asked. Not once did he give me the impression that I was taking up his time, or that he wanted to get off that call. NOT what I’m used to with your average practitioner these days)I was booked in for a molar extraction literally the same day that Dr. Bevans arrived back from his Christmas holidays, AND, at the end of his day when the others were going home.Again, the staff was phenomenal, the dentists were exceptional, and my whole experience COULDN’T have been any easier, or more complete.Thank you Abby Dental. You totally superseded any and all expectations when it came to a Christmas Dental Emergency!Thanks again… ☺️

Everyone was super nice! I have pretty bad anxiety on a normal day and at the dentist it is way worse; the dentist that took my wisdoms out was super nice and reassuring the whole way through! I’m super happy my coworker at my old job recommended them to me! All super nice people I really recommend going to them! They make you feel like they actually care about how you’re feeling!

I have not been to a dentist in many years. I decided this is the year to look after me, so I decided to start slow. I booked an appointment at Abby Dental in Vernon, for a whitening. What a welcoming environment. I literally just sat down after being greeted with smiles, and was taken directly in to a room.I was very well looked after by my dental assistant, Marina. I might be partially bias, as she is my daughter, but the entire experience has me looking forward to going back for more. The staff here are great!!

Dr Bevan and the team at Abby Dental are fabulous! They’re efficient, friendly and the services are excellent and timely. Thanks for being a dental service that makes us actually want to visit the dentist. So rare!

Everytime i go they make the dentist such a friendly and happy place to be. I feel valued and safe, honestly I’d hang out all day if it wasn’t weird to sit in a dentist office for all hours. I appreciate everyone there and the personal touches they put with everything!

I have been a patient for years, and Abby Dental is great.. I always have a lot of anxiety about visiting the dentist, but they consistently prove I have nothing to worry about. The entire team from the front desk to the dentist and back again are simply amazing. Many thanks!

I really can't say enough good things about Abby Dental. I had not been to the dentist for a number of years, in part due to prior negative experiences with different dental offices, hygienists, and dentists, and in part due to dental anxiety. I have now visited Abby Dental several times and received excellent service and dental care, including a routine cleaning and checkup, and several fillings.The receptionists are very easy to interact with, and the whole office seems to run very efficiently, considering how many moving parts there are. It has been very easy to book appointments, and wait times have been very minimal, which is appreciated. all of the treatment I have received has been clearly explained, and the estimates given have been accurate ( there's nothing worse than expecting to pay a small fortune for dental work, and instead paying a medium fortune!). The hygienists and assistants have been very friendly, and do a great job both at doing the actual work, and helping you get through it!Dr Bevans is super nice and does a great job explaining everything. I felt like I could ask questions and I think he did a great job on my fillings - certainly the least painfully dental work I've had, and everything feels good and normal afterwards, which has not always been my experience after a filling.Overall, an excellent experience, even for someone who avoided the dentist for years. I will never truly enjoy going unfortunately, but Abby Dental has made the experience as good as is possible, and that is very impressive.Great job, everyone!
