The person who served us was very nice and they found a fast solution/replacement for our flat tire considering we passed by without an appointment.

I have been servicing my car at DuMoulin for over 20 years , they are professional, efficient and reasonably priced. The best part is that when your a customer there you feel like family , they are good people providing great service.

Went for installation of winter tires today. The quote was for $50 but they failed to mention the extra $12 they bill you fot using azote to fill up the tires. Secondly, not 3 hours after having the tires installed, the left front tire was flat leaving me stranded in a parking lot. Caĺled them to inform them of this. The owner's wife agreed to send someone to help put on the spare but my husband arrived first and installed it. When their employee arrived he agreed to take it back to the garage to see what the problem was. At first, the woman suggested it was a nail, not their fault. When the tire was inspected, we saw there was a bubble in the sidewall suggesting they installed it without inspecting it. The owner admitted he does NOT inspect before installing. Horrible to hear that as this is part of their job. Now we are out a tire because of their neglect. Avoid!

I spent $480 to fix my front brakes. 6 months later they are finished!! Only put 10 thousand kilometers. Obviously warranty only covers 3 months!! So if you want to spend $480 for 10 thousand kilometers for brakes this is the place to go!! Stay away at all costs!! They don't want to help you and it's your problem after.

It's always a great experience to have my car serviced here. They are flexible, always available, I can work from here while my car is being serviced. Recently, I got new summer tires from Dumoulin Pneux et Mechanique and I am very satisfied.

I just got my winter tires installed today. From my research and from the price point I couldn’t find a better deal in Montreal for Goodyear tires. As a Goodyear dealer they were very good, gave me all the info, as part of promotion they applied the rebate directly and I am definitely going back there.What made me happy is they took the time to explain things and not rush! Winner!

Went for a car tire change. Joe Albanese (the manager) took off with my car. He went into my glove compartment to get the bolts for the tire change... he completely broke and damaged the glove compartment, and then accused me of trying to frame them to get a new one. Its broken to the point where it is hanging in my car. They told me that it was my problem, and that 'they ain't fixing nothing'. I've been going to that garage for 8 years, where I go every 2-3 months for service, and after giving all that business I was treated like this. They're not honest people, disgraceful company... The owner Francois Dumoullin, instead of listening and instead of finding a solution to the problem their employee caused, he accused me of fraud and framing their employees... Avoid at all costs!

Frontdesk service is great and very professional. Asking to be paid in cash on time of Covid for a very large amount of cash is rising question... why would anyone refuse a secure bank transaction and ask for cash???

Highly Recommend. When you are a longtime customer with an aging car (12+ years old), you see the quality and expertise of your garage. Dumoulin keeps my car in great working order, using regular maintenance that is nicely spaced out, making it easier on the budget. Recently had a mysterious issue and they took their time searching for the problem. It turned out to be a corroded wire. Other places might have changed the affected parts, such as electric window motors or security system. DuMoulin put a lot of time and energy into getting the job done correctly. Price for the job was more than fair in the end considering how much manhours went into just figuring it all out.

Highly competent technicians. Very honest owners. If you try them you will never take your car to the dealer. This place is the only one stop for your car maintenance repair and buy tires.
