Canada Post

Hours given to Amazon for pickup point are wrong. Amazon says pick up your package they are open till 6. Store closed at 5.

The customer service here is terrible. There was a mixup with how I placed an order and even when apologizing and getting the right steps to make sure it didn’t happen again the woman helping me named Joyce had a terrible attitude which was condescending. As if I had done this on purpose. Won’t ever send something here again. This isn’t even a main Canada post, its some small photo store with a Canada post attached. Word for word at the end of the interaction I was trying to say thanks and sorry for the mixup and they literally told me “just take it and go.” Learn to control your emotions when you work in a professional environment. I understand people can get frustrated, but at the end of the day this is a service for people.

I've never had this much difficulty finding a place. The address is wrong and there is no phone number. It might have actually been faster for me to go to the place I was gonna ship to and just give it to them by hand.

For convenience sake, I went to the Post Office located within the store Foto Shop at Willowbrook Mall after being directed there by Shaw in order to return a modem since they do not process them there as a cellular storefront and the Shaw kiosk was no longer there. I was the only customer in the store and waited in the Post Office area. I could see a woman was on the phone on the Foto Shop side. I waited a few minutes which wasn’t a big deal until the woman put down the phone and came into the Post Office area. I noticed she was not in the standard Postal employee uniform. I received no greeting, no friendliness, or acknowledgement for waiting was given. She silently jutted out her hand for the modem I holding that was in a box. I provided her the slip of paper I was given by Shaw regarding the return and explained the same. She looked at the box and asked if I had any tape. I said no, I had no tape since I’m not in the practice of carrying a tape gun or roll of tape with me. She pointed to the sign beside me and said it would be $0.50 to use their tape. I thought she was joking since it was only a 2” piece of tape that was needed to put on the box. I asked, so it will be $0.50 for a little 2” piece of tape? She silently nodded with a look of impatience on her face. Out of sheer principle from the poor customer service and hilarity of being charged for a tiny piece of tape, I left and went to my Post Office where I always receive helpful, friendly, professional, and prompt assistance. Two thumbs down for this location.

Wrong hours posted online. Closes at 6pm. 1 star rating because multiple people have pointed this out on the reviews - wish I read the reviews before making my way here.

Newer staff aren't trained properly, often don't get notices of parcels that have arrived, and even if tracking says it's there for days, they can't find it. Have been overcharged for shipping items (same items to same destinations costing more money than previously) on a few occasions. Once had items fall out of a faulty ExpressPost envelope and never make it to their destination. If using their packaging, double check before sending off. The regular staff are friendly, but that doesn't make up for lost and misplaced/mishandled mail.

This place charges you to print out a prepaid shipping label that’s supposed to be free.

Worst service.. business hours are useless.. parcel delivery with their drivers are also unreliable.. they slap a pick up tag everywhere they go and don't even make delivery attempt!
