We had a great home inspection experience with Dr. Amir Behkish from Royal Canyon Home Inspection. One could instantly figure a professional's level of expertise, integrity, and commitment when they do their homework and show up well prepared. Dr. Behkish had reviewed all the required engineering documents prior to his visit and forwarded us all legal and technical materials before his arrival. He showed up on-time, well aware of the neighborhood, building, and steps of the inspection procedure. Accompanied by his assistant and after diligently inspecting lowest level parking lot and storage rooms, he proceeded with investigating the main unit and its appliances.During the final 'customer walkthrough', Amir provided us with great insight regarding the wellness of the unit's structure, appliances, and effective age. The results of the inspection were documented and ready for our review after a few hours.Overall, we had a very pleasant experience with Amir and surely recommend him to anyone going though a single family home, townhouse or condo purchase process.
