Ethan was excellent, installation took longer than he expected but he was happy to take the time to ensure it was done right. When Shaw pushed an update through the system and it altered the performance he was there to pick up the phone and provide guidance on how to remedy the problem. Couldn't be happier, the install and care after he was already paid was top shelf, especially since my work relies on decent WIFI. Thanks Ethan.

I've dealt with spotty wifi reception around my house for ATLEAST 5 years. I've tried new routers, mesh routers, wifi extenders, you name it, I bought it. Whenever I call our ISP to find a resolution, they'd send a tech in, the tech tells us our house is designed poorly and we just need to relocate the modem. If it was really that easy, I would've done it from the beginning. Ethan helped brainstorm different ways we could set the house up to make sure everyone got reception using Unifi Access Points.Ethan did an incredible job at communicating with me from the beginning of my inquiry to the completion of the job - he even did a follow up which is a great touch. He's thorough, helpful and incredibly accomodating.We encountered some glitches along the way and he went out of his way to provide me IT support AND communicate with our ISP (which I'm sure he didn't have to) but it goes to show how limitless his customer service skills are.A million thank you's Ethan.I would only trust The Wifi Guys for work like this.

Do not struggle with slow wifi or those challenging Shaw pods for one minute longer than you have to. Just call Ethan. You may find yourself having to reschedule as he is very busy and tries to help everyone but once you get him in your house, your wifi problems are history. His COVID protocol is excellent, his work habits spotless and my wifi is absolutely brilliant! The price is very reasonable for the service and the outcome. Thank you Ethan! It was a pleasure!

Ethan is fantastic! I have had issues with poor performance from Shaw and Telus fiber wifi for years and nobody could fix it. Thankfully the Wifi Guys knew what to do. Plus they also installed Ethernet jacks for our TVs. I wish I knew about them many years ago. I would highly recommend them.

Its now been about six months, and my internet has been flawless. Just yesterday, my WiFi wasn’t working so I contacted Ethan at about 930am -- he was at my home by 130pm. oh, and this was on a Sunday. It was wonderful to have my WiFi back so fast.I thoroughly recommend The WiFi Guys if you want a solid WiFi solution. Ethan is very service oriented and comes from an experienced background.

I’m so glad we found the WiFi guys! After being without internet for months I can tell you this is one review I’m VERY happy to write. I felt like we had exhausted all reasonable options prior to finding the WiFi guys but didn’t want to settle on a costly hot spot quite yet. Ethan came to our property and was able to provide a few different solutions to choose from. He really put in the time and effort to make sure we would be happy. These guys are doing a fantastic job! I had trouble getting reliable internet in a rented coach house (drawing internet from the main house). We had tried wifi booster and pods and it didn't work well. After installation through the wifi guys, my internet is stable and speedy! Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!
